روش‌های حفاظتی مؤثر بر پیشگیری از شکست‌های حفاظتی در مأموریت‌های پلیس راهورناجا (مورد مطالعه پلیس راهور فاتب) |

زمینه و هدف: پیشگیری در نیروهای مسلح امری بدیهی، لازم، ضروری و اجتناب‌ناپذیراست. به طور معمول قانونگذار اقدام‌های پیشگیرانه را هم در قانون و هم در مأموریت کلی و هم در وظایف سازمان‌های مختلف آورده است؛ بنابراین، پیشگیری به عنوان مرکز ثقل و اولویت وظایف و مأموریت‌ها و به عنوان مهم‌ترین فعالیت در نیروهای مسلح است. در پنج سال گذشته با وجود برگزاری انواع کلاس‌های آگاه‌سازی، پخش فیلم‌های مستند حفاظتی، تبلیغات محیطی و... در هدف‌های مرجع حفاظتی (اسناد و اطلاعات، فنّاوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، اماکن و تأسیسات، کارکنان و سلاح، مهمات و تجهیزات) همچنان شاهد بروز شکست‌هایی در مأموریت پلیس راهور فاتب بوده‌ایم؛ بنابراین، ضرورت بررسی انواع روش‌های حفاظتی و میزان تأثیرگذاری آنها بر پیشگیری از شکست‌های حفاظتی در مأموریت‌های پلیس راهور فاتب، یکی از دغدغه‌های محقق است. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی روش‌های حفاظتی مؤثر بر پیشگیری از شکست‌های حفاظتی در مأموریت‌های پلیس راهور فاتب صورت گرفته است. روش تحقیق: نوع تحقیق کاربردی و روش این پژوهش توصیفی– پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل مدیران و افسران ارشد پلیس راهور فاتب و کارشناسان حفاظت اطلاعات ف.ا.تهران بزرگ (کارکنان شاغل در حوزه حفاظت و پیشگیری) به تعداد 110 نفر بوده و به صورت تمام‌شمار در نظر گرفته شده است و ابزار تحقیق از پرسش‌نامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته حاوی 24 گویه تشکیل یافته است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحلیل فرضیه‌ها توسط آزمون t نشان می‌دهد که با اطمینان 95 درصد مؤلفه‌های آگاه‌سازی و آموزش حفاظتی، تبلیغات حفاظتی و بازدید و بازرسی حفاظتی تأثیر معناداری بر پیشگیری از شکست‌های حفاظتی در مأموریت‌های پلیس راهور فاتب دارد. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از آزمون رتبه‌ای فریدمن، بیشترین تأثیر مربوط به بازید و بازرسی حفاظتی است و آگاه‌سازی و آموزش حفاظتی و در نهایت تبلیغات حفاظتی در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار دارند. |

Background and Aim: Crime prevention in armed forces is obvious, indispensable, necessary and inevitable. Normally, the legislator has taken preventive measures both in law and in the general mission and in the duties of various organizations; therefore, prevention is the center of gravity and priority of duties and missions, and as the most important activity in the armed forces. Over the past five years, despite the existence of a variety of awareness classes, the broadcast of documentary films, environmental promotions, etc., have been witnessed for security reference purposes (documents and information, information and communication technology, facilities, personnel and weapons, ammunition and equipment). We have had a series of failures in the police mission, so it is one of the researcher's concerns about the necessity of examining a variety of protection methods and their impact on preventing defensive failures in police missions. The purpose of this study was to identify effective protective methods for the prevention of security defects in police missions. Methodology: The research utilizes a descriptive-survey applied method. The statistical population of this research includes senior executives and officers of Police and experts in Intelligence Department from the Tehran Police, consisted of 110 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The researcher consists of 24 disciplines. Findings and Conclusion: The results of the analysis of hypotheses by t-test showed that 95% of the components of awareness and protection education, protection of propaganda and security inspection have a significant effect on the prevention of security deficiencies in police missions. Regarding the results of the Friedman rank test, the greatest impact is on guardianship and inspection, and awareness and protection education, and eventually protection advertising, are in the next rank. |
