عنوان فارسی الگوی راهبردی آموزش پلیس حرفه ای ناجا براساس متغیرهای محتوامحور
چکیده فارسی مقاله هدف مقاله حاضر ارائۀ الگوی راهبردی آموزش پلیس حرفه ای براساس متغیرهای محتوا محور تدوین شده است. سؤالات مطرح شده عبارتنداز: 1)متغیرهای محتوا محور دخیل درآموزش پلیس حرفه ای ناجا ازنظرمتخصصان وخبرگان چیست؟ 2)مؤلفه‌های تشکیل دهنده متغیرهای محتوامحور درناجا کدامند؟ 3)الگوی راهبردی آموزش پلیس حرفه ای براساس متغیرهای محتوامحوردرناجا چه ویژگی‌هایی دارد؟ جامعه آماری شامل کلیه فرماندهان، معاونان، مدیران گروه‌های آموزشی وکارشناسان مراکزآموزشی ودانشگاهی نیروی انتظامی است، که به علت محدود بودن جامعه آماری، به صورت تمام شماری و دردوگروه آزمودنی، الف)متخصان وخبرگان؛ ب)کارشناسان ومدیران آموزش درناجا، اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شد. ابزاراصلی جمع آوری داده‌هابرای تجزیه وتحلیل وارائه الگوی راهبردی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. این پرسشنامه برآمده ازبخش کیفی پژوهش است وسؤالات آن روی یک طیف(10-0)به سنجش وضعیت موجود ومطلوب متغیرهای محتوامحور دخیل درآموزش پلیس حرفه ای ناجا می پردازد. به منظورتجزیه وتحلیل داده‌های آماری ابتدا اطلاعات حاصل ازپرسشنامه، استخراج ودرجدول اصلی تنظیم شد وسپس از طریق نرم افزار spss18 ,statistical 8,lisrel دردوبخش پارامتریک وناپارامتریک با استفاده از روش‌های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تحلیل تأییدی وتحلیل مسیر موردتجزیه وتحلیل قرارگرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد ازنظرخبرگان چهارمتغیر:چشم‌اندازو مأموریت، اهداف وراهبردها، قوانین ومقررات و فرهنگ سازمانی ناجا به عنوان متغیرهای محتوامحوردخیل در الگوی راهبردی آموزش پلیس حرفه ای مطرح هستند. نتایج به گونه‌ی کلی نشان دادکه درتمامی سطوح مختلف الگوی راهبردی آموزش پلیس حرفه ای(شکاف بین وضع موجودومطلوب)وجوددارد و در بین متغیرهای محتوا محور، عنصرچشم انداز دارای بیشترین سهم درالگوی راهبردی آموزش پلیس حرفه ای است.

عنوان انگلیسی I.R.I Professional Police Training Strategic Models Based on Content-Based Variables
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله This study aims at presenting I.R.I Professional Police training strategic patterns based on content-based variables. The raised questions are as follows: 1. What are the content-based variables involved in I.R.I professional police training from experts’ perspectives? 2. What are the constituent elements of content-based variables in I.R.I Police? 3. What are the characteristics of I.R.I Professional Police training strategic patterns based on content-based variables? The statistical population of this study contains all of the commanders, assistants, heads of departments, and the experts of I.R.I Police training centers and university. Due to the limited population the data collected in a complete participation and in two experimental groups: 1. The scholars and the experts, 2. The specialists and training managers in I.R.I Police. The main data collection instrument for analyses and presenting strategic model is a researcher-made questionnaire. This questionnaire is derived from the qualitative section of the research and its questions address the assessment of the current and desired conditions of the content-based variables involved in I.R.I professional police training in a 0-10 scale. In order to analyze the statistical data, the obtained data were compiled in the main table and then the data were analyzed by SPSS 18, Statistical 8, Lisrel in two parametric and nonparametric units via exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory analysis, and path analysis. The results showed that from experts’ perspectives the four variables of mission and vision, objectives and strategies, laws and regulations and organizational culture are considered as content-based variables involved in I.R.I Professional Police training strategic patterns. The results generally showed that there is a gap between the desired and current conditions in all the different levels of the police professional strategic model and among the content-based variables, the vision element has the largest proportion in police professional strategic model.
