تحلیل نظریه تسلیم مبتنی بر بصیرت در قرآن کریم و جایگاه آن در الگوی مطلوب فرماندهی |

زمینه و هدف: نظریه تسلیم به معنی انقیاد محض در مقابل فرمان‌های الهی و اولیای معصوم و مبتنی بر بصیرت حاصل از آموزه‌های قرآن کریم است. در نظام فرماندهی نیز نوعی از تسلیم وجود دارد که اطاعت محض از فرمانده، از شاخصه‌های یک فرمان‌پذیر خوب تلقی می‌شود. ازآنجاکه حتی تسلیم در مقابل اولیای معصوم، مبتنی بر بصیرت تسلیم شوندگان است به‌طریق‌اولی در مقابل غیرمعصوم نیز تسلیم باید مبتنی بر بصیرت اطاعت‌پذیران باشد. هدف این تحقیق ارائه و تحلیل مستندات قرآنی و روایی در مورد این نظریه است. این تحقیق در پی ارائه این دیدگاه است که به خاطر جایگاه والای اتصاف به بصیرت در آموزه‌های قرآن و سیره معصومان(ص) توجه به آن در ترسیم الگوی مطلوب فرماندهی اهمیت فراوانی دارد. روش تحقیق: این تحقیق به روش توصیفی و تحلیل محتوا بوده که با مراجعه به آیات قرآن کریم و سیره رفتاری و گفتاری معصومان(ص) انجام گرفته است. یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: در نظام فرماندهی اسلامی افزون بر اینکه خود فرمانده باید بصیر باشد، اِعمال فرماندهی بر فرمان‌بران نیز باید بر اساس اصل بصیرت باشد یعنی فرمانده و فرمان‌بر آگاهانه و با بینش دینی صحیح در سیستم فرماندهی عمل نمایند. هم مستندات قرآنی و روایی تحت عناوین: بصیرت خداوند، بصیرت طبیعت، بصیرت کتب آسمانی، بصیرت انسان، ابتنای اساس دین بر تفکر، دعوت پیامبر و پیروان بر اساس بصیرت، اتمام‌حجت، نفی تقلید، لزوم بصیرت همگان؛ و هم سیره عملی معصومان ازجمله حضرت ابراهیم(ع) و امام حسین(ع) نشان‌دهنده این مطلب بسیار مهم است. |

Theory of Surrender Based on Insight in the Holy Qur'an and Its Position in the Desirable Command Model |

Background and objectives: Surrender is a means of pure subjugation for divine and infallibles' orders based on insight from the teachings of the Holy Qur'an. There is also a kind of surrender in the command system where absolute obedience to the commander is considered to be one of the features of good obedient. Since even surrender to infallible Imams is based on the insights of the surrendered ones, the surrender of the surrendered ones to non-infallibles must also be based on the discretion of the obedient. The purpose of this research is to provide and analyze Quranic and narrative documents about this theory. This research seeks to provide a view that due to the high position of reconciliation with the insight in the teachings of the Qur'an and the manner of the Imams, paying attention to that is of considerable importance in designing a desirable command model. Methodology: This research has been conducted using a descriptive and content analysis through referring to Quranic verses and behavioral and spoken words of the infallibles. Findings and results: In the Islamic command system, in addition to the fact that the commander himself must be insightful, the actions of commanding the commanders must also be based on the principle of insight, that is, the commander and the obedient should perform consciously and with the correct religious belief in the command system. Both Qur'anic and narrative documents, including insight God, insight of nature, insight of heavenly books, insight of man, basis of religion on thought, invitation of the Prophet and followers based on insight, determination, negation of imitation, the necessity of insight of all people, as well as practical practices of the infallibles, including Prophet Ibrahim and Imam Hossein represent this very important point. |
