عنوان فارسی بررسی رابطه هوش هیجانی و معنوی مجرمان با افراد عادی جرم‌شناسی برای پیشگیری از جرم (مطالعه موردی در زندان مرکزی مشهد)
چکیده فارسی مقاله هوش هیجانی و معنوی می تواند مکمل یکدیگر در جهت سالم سازی زندگی انسان باشد.با توجه به افزایش جرم و جنایت و آسیبهای وارده ناشی از جرم در جامعه، بررسی عللی که افراد را مستعد ارتکاب جرم می کند و یا از وقوع آن جلوگیری می کند، در حیطه ی علم روانشناسی جنایی موضوع حیاتی می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی و علی مقایسه ایبود حجم نمونه افراد عادی به روش تخصیص متناسب 90نفر و حجم نمونه مجرمین زندان مشهد 58 نفر در سال 1395 انتخاب شدند.ابزارهای پژوهش پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی بار آن و هوش معنوی بدیع زاده می باشد برای تحلیل آماری داده های پژوهش از روش های آمار توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار و ...) و آمار استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون تی و رگوسیون گام به گام ) استفاده شد . نتیجه گیری: میانگین هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی درافراد عادی بیشتر از مجرم بوده است و ارتباط آماری معنی داری بین هوش معنوی و هوش هیجانی وجود دارد به طوری که تقویت هوش معنوی باعث بهبود هوش هیجانی و جلوگیری از جرم می شود.با توجه به یافته ها میتوان نتیجه گرفت که هوش هیجانی و معنوی ، عامل مهمی در سازگاری افراد در مقابل عوامل فشارزا است و در پیشگیری از ارتکاب به جرم مؤثر می باشد.
