عنوان فارسی تبارشناسی نسل سوم نظریه پیشگیری از جرم از طریق طراحی محیطی (CPTED)
چکیده فارسی مقاله پیشگیری از جرم از طریق طراحی محیطی "CPTED" شاخه‌ای از نظریات و شیوه‌های فضایی است که بر مداخلات و استراتژی‌های مکان محور به‌منظور کاهش جرائم تأکید دارد."CPTED" به‌عنوان یک نظریه تاکنون دو نسل از اندیشه‌ها، مبانی و اصول خود را پشت سر گذاشته و از اوایل قرن 21 با پیشرفت‌های تکنولوژی و پیدایش نظریات نوین در زمینه افزایش کیفیت زندگی شهروندان، به شکل‌دهی نسل سوم خود مبادرت ورزیده است. هدف مقاله تبارشناسی نسل سوم CPTED از طریق تحلیل محتوای اصول و راهبردهای آن، تفاوت آن با نسل‌های پیشین و نقد این نسل می‌باشد. تحلیل‌های صورت گرفته در مقاله بر مبنای مدل و چارچوب مفهومی تحلیل محتوای اسناد می‌باشد. اندیشه‌های نسل سوم بر چهار مؤلفه استوار است: مکان، مردم، تکنولوژی و شبکه. در میان اصول و راهبردهای نسل سوم می‌توان ریشه‌های نسل‌های اول و دوم را یافت. نسل اول و دوم هرکدام به ترتیب بر ابعاد کالبدی و فرهنگی – اجتماعی تأکید داشتند. نوع نگاه به تأمین امنیت و چهار مؤلفه‌ای که در نسل سوم تعریف‌شده‌اند در تمامی نسل‌های CPTED خود را به نحوی متفاوت بازخوانی نموده‌اند. کاربست نسل سوم CPTED نیازمند زیرساخت‌های قوی شبکه‌ای، حکمروایی خوب شهری، امکان به‌کارگیری‌ فناوری‌های جدید و مشارکت فعال مردم می‌باشد. عمده تفاوت نسل سوم با سایر نسل‌ها در این است که بیش از آنکه به موضوع امنیت بپردازد، بسترهای لازم جهت تأمین امنیت را فراهم می‌آورد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله CPTED is one of the branches of spatial methodology and theories implicating on place-centered strategies and interventions in order to decrease anomic behaviors in urban contexts. CPTED as theory has passed its first and second generation of thoughts and at the beginning of 21 century coinciding with improving in technology and emerging of new theories related to improve quality of life, it has been endeavoring to organize its third generation of thoughts. Genealogy of third generation of CPTED, determining its differences with past generations and criticizing it are the objectives of paper. The type of research is descriptive-analytical and the studies of the paper has been done through a library studies. Findings have been reached through a content analysis of official documents and past research. Third generation of CPTED has four key components: "place", "people", "technology" and "network". The roots of first and second generation of CPTED can be found in third generation of CPTED. The first and second generation focuses on physical and socio-cultural aspects respectively. Approaches to provide security and all four component of third generation has been reproduced in all three generations of CPTED due to the situation of urban contexts. Implementation of third generation of CPTED needs to a powerful infrastructures of networks, a good governance, possibility of employing new technologies and an active society. Concentrating on providing prerequisites of security rather than provide the security is the main difference between the third generation and the other generations of CPTED.
