Background and Aim: Effectiveness of individual and organizational performance is due to the improvement of the core competencies of any organization in which, among other things, the military and police affairs are not separate; therefore, the law enforcement is required to identify the occupational pivotal competencies and rank to optimize human resources management based on them. For this purpose, the present research was carried out in relation to the operational forces of the law enforcement force, including guidance, driving, awareness, information and drugs. Method: The research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study consisted of law enforcement officers of the police department of Fars province. A targeted sampling method was used to select an expert. For prioritization of competencies, five Likert scale-based questionnaires were prepared and distributed to seven of the most prominent experts by category. Fuzzy technique was used to analyze the data. Findings: 54 job competency competencies for driving schools and 53 competencies in other operational departments in 12 dimensions including: spiritual competencies, mental abilities, interpersonal competencies, professional ethics, job motivation Personality traits, administrative intelligence, emotional intelligence, physical abilities, strategic intelligence, political intelligence and technical competence were identified and ranked. Conclusion: Among the dimensions, the dimension of "professional ethics" and "interpersonal competence", the highest importance and the dimension of "strategic intelligence" and "political intelligence" had the least significance among all the investigated disciplines. Among the criteria, in addition to the criteria of "privacy" and "homeland-sense", the highest importance of the "promiscuous personality" and "physical flexibility" criteria was the least important. |
