پژوهش ارزیابی اثربخشی در راستای سنجش میزان دستیابی به هدف همواره مورد تأکید مدیران بودهاست. از این رو، هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی عملکرد مرکز تعمیرات ناجا از نظر کارشناسان ومدیران نت سازمان می باشد. برای سنجش اثربخشی مرکز تعمیرات از 1 متغیر فرایند برنامه ریزی، فرایندپذیرش، فرایند بازرسی، فرایند تأمین قطعات و فرایند تعمیرات استفاده گردید. روش انجام پژوهش حاضربر مبنای هدف تحقیق از نوع کاربردی، بر اساس زمان گردآوری داده ها، پیمایشی مقعطی و از نظر نحوه -گردآوری داده ها جزء پژوهش های توصیفی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر عبارت است از مدیران وکارشناسان نگهداری و تعمیرات مرکز تعمیرات ناجا. بر اساس فرمول کوکران، میزان نمونه آماری 08 نفربه دست آمد و پرسشنامه ها در بین این تعداد پخش شدند. روش نمونه گیری به صورت تصادفی سادهمی باشد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و برای بررسی روایی از نظر اساتید و خبرگان9 به دست آمد که نشان از / مربوطه استفاده شده است. همچنین آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه 019پایایی بالای ابزار اندازه گیری دارد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمون میانگین یکجامعه استفاده گردید. در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، فرایند برنامه ریزی، فرایند پذیرش، فرایند بازرسی، فرایندتأمین قطعات و فرایند تعمیرات از نظر کارشناسان و مدیران اثربخش ارزیابی شدند. |

Investigating the Effectiveness of the Iran Police Maintenance Center |

The effectiveness of the research to measure the achievement of the goal has always been emphasized by managers. Hence, the purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of the Iran Police maintenance center from the viewpoints of experts and managers of the organization. To measure the effectiveness of the maintenance center, 5 variables, namely the planning process, acceptance process, inspection process, parts supply process and maintenance process were explored. The method of this study is based on the purpose of the applied research, based on the time of data collection, sampling and in terms of data collection, it was a descriptive research. The statistical population of the present study is managers and maintenance experts of Iran Police maintenance center. According to Cochran's formula, the sample size was 92 and the questionnaires were distributed among them. The sampling method is simple random. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data and was used by the faculty members and relevant experts to evaluate their validity. Also, Cronbach's alpha for the 963 questionnaires was obtained which indicates a high reliability of the instrumentation. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. In analyzing the data, the planning process, the acceptance process, the inspection process, the process of supplying parts, and the maintenance process were evaluated by experts and effective managers. |
