عنوان فارسی تاثیر معیارهای شایستگی در انتخاب رؤسای پلیس آگاهی استان‌ها
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: عوامل و معیارهای شایستگی رؤسا و مدیران، می‌تواند بهترین مبنای انتخاب آنها باشد؛ به‌منظور شناسایی معیارها و تأثیر آنها در انتخاب رؤسای پلیس آگاهی پژوهش حاضر انجام شد. بنابراین هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی معیارهای شایستگی و تأثیر آنها در انتخاب رؤسای پلیس آگاهی استان‌ها است. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش توصیفی-تحلیلی است که به‌صورت پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، رؤسا، مدیران و کارشناسان پلیس آگاهی استان‌های کشور به تعداد 128 نفر بودند که با استفاده از فرمول کوکردان و با خطای 05/0، تعداد 96 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه محاسبه شد. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت تصادفی ساده و روش جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به‌صورت میدانی انجام شد. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ بومی‌سازی شده «رابرت، ای، براون»، بومی‌سازی و بین حجم نمونه توزیع شد. در پرسشنامه یادشده، 12شایستگی در قالب 35 پرسش به‌صورت طیف 5 گزینه‌ای سنجیده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از آزمون‌ بررسی نرمال‌بودن داده‌ها و تی تک ‌نمونه‌ای استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: آزمون فرضیه‌ها و یافته‌های پژوهش براساس دیدگاه‌های رؤسا، مدیران و کارشناسان پلیس آگاهی نیروی انتظامی انجام شد و نتایج نشان داد که در سطح معناداری 05/0، شایستگی در ابعاد سازمانی، شخصیتی، رفتاری و بینشی دارای تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر انتخاب رؤسای پلیس آگاهی استان‌ها است. نتایج: برآیند یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که معیارهای سازمانی، شخصیتی، رفتاری و بینشی می‌تواند به‌عنوان متغیرهای قابل اطمینان در انتخاب رؤسای پلیس آگاهی استان‌ها مورد استفاده قرار گیرد تا از این طریق زمینه ارتقای شایسته‌سالاری و مدیریت بهینه منابع انسانی در سازمان فراهم شود.

عنوان انگلیسی The Impact of Competency Criteria on the Choice of CID Police Chiefs of the Provinces
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and aim: Principals and managers' competence and competency criteria can be the best basis for their selection. In order to identify the criteria and their effect on the selection of police chiefs, the present study was conducted.  Therefore, the main objective of this study is to identify the competency criteria and their impact on the selection of police chiefs in the knowledge of the provinces.Method: This research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of its nature and descriptive-analytical method, which was conducted as a survey. The statistical population of the study was the heads, managers and police expertsof the knowledge of the provinces of the country, which consisted of 128 people. Using the Kwardan formula and with error of 0.05, 96 individuals were calculated as samples. The method of sampling was simple random sampling anddata gathering was done field experiment. In order to collect data, the localized questionnaire "Robert, E, Brown" was localized and distributed among sample size. In the questionnaire, 12 competencies were evaluated in the form of 35questions in the form of a 5-item spectrum. To analyze the data, the data were analyzed using T-test and single-sample T-test.Findings: The hypotheses and research findings were tested based on the views of the heads, managers and police experts of the police force. The results showed that at the significance level of 0.05, competence in organizational, personality, behavior and insight had a positive and significant effect on the selection of the heads Police is the knowledge of the provinces.Conclusion: The results of this research indicate that organizational, personality, behavioral and insightful criteria can be used as reliable variables in choosing provincial awareness police officers in order to improve the field of meritocracyand optimum human resource management in the organization.
