شناسایی عوامل مدیریتی مؤثر بر ارتقاء توان رزمی (مطالعه موردی کارکنان مرزبانی استان آذربایجان غربی) |

شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر ارتقاء توان رزمی نیروهای مرزبانی برای مقابله با تهدیدات امنیتی یک نیاز اساسی جهت انجام مأموریت‌های یگان‌های مرزی است. در این پژوهش به شناسایی عوامل مدیریتی مؤثر بر ارتقاء توان رزمی نیروهای مرزبانی استان آذربایجان غربی پرداخته شده است. هدف پژوهش شناسایی عوامل مدیریتی (فردی، درون و برون‌سازمانی) مؤثر بر ارتقاء توان رزمی کارکنان مرزبانی استان آذربایجان غربی میباشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی - تحلیلی میباشد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری شامل 70 نفر از نیروهای مرزبانی استان آذربایجان غربی و مسئولین آن‌ها هستند حجم نمونه آماری تمام شمار میباشد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات از نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شده و برای سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید که میزان آن 78/0 میباشد. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که در ارتقاء توان رزم نیروهای مرزبانی؛ عوامل مرتبط با مؤلفه درون‌سازمانی مؤثرترین پارامتر میباشد و مؤلفه‌های فردی و برون‌سازمانی در جایگاه‌های بعدی قرار دارند. به عبارت دیگر هرچه مؤلفه‌های درون‌سازمانی، فردی و برون‌سازمانی افزایش یابد، مدیریت به سمت ارتقاء توان رزم پیش می‌رود و بر اساس آن توان رزم کارکنان مرزبانی استان آذربایجان غربی افزایش پیدا می‌کند. در این راستا فرماندهان باید ضمن تقویت دانش و اطلاعات تخصصی و به‌کارگیری تجهیزات نوین کنترل مرز، نحوه تعامل و ارتباطات خود با کارکنان توسعه داده و جو دوستانه‌ای را بر مجموعه تحت امر خود ایجاد نمایند. |

Identifying Effective Management Factors on the Promotion of Combat Capability (Case Study: Border Guard Personnel of West Azerbaijan Province) |

Identifying the factors contributing to the enhancement of the combat capability of the border troops to address security threats is an essential requirement for border guards' missions. In this research, we have identified the effective management factors on the promotion of combat capability of the border troops of West Azerbaijan province. The purpose of the research is to identify the management factors (individual, inter-organizational and intra-organizational) that affect the promotion of combat capability of border guard personnel in West Azerbaijan province. In terms of its objectives this study is of an applied research type and in terms of its methodology it is considered as a descriptive-analytical type. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistical population includes 70 border guards of West Azerbaijan province and their authorities. The sample size includes all members. SPSS software was employed to analyze the data. To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha test was used, which was 0.78. The results of the present research show that in promoting the combat capability of border guard personnel, the factors related to the intra-organizational component are the most effective parameters, and the individual and inter-organizational components are in the next positions. In other words, the more intra-organizational, individual and inter-organizational components are increased, the management is progressing toward the promotion of combat capability, and on the basis of which the combat capability of the border guard personnel of the West Azerbaijan province is increased. In this regard, commanders must enhance their knowledge and expertise and use modern border control equipment, develop their interaction and communication with employees, and create a climate of friendship for their subordinates. |
