نقش اشراف اطلاعاتی در امنیت پایدار مرزهای جمهوری اسلامی ایران (مطالعه موردی: مرزهای استان خراسان رضوی) |

امروزه داشتن اشراف اطلاعاتی که دارای گستردگی و پویایی می باشد، می‌تواند به‌عنوان رمز موفقیت در هر نظام و سازمانی محسوب شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و بررسی مؤلفه‌های نقش اشراف اطلاعاتی نیروی انتظامی در امنیت پایدار مرزهای استان خراسان رضوی انجام‌شده است. روش تحقیق به شیوه کیفی؛ دلفی و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها شامل فیش‌برداری و مصاحبه کیفی با خبرگان می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل 64 نفر از خبرگان، فرماندهان و متخصصان مرزبانی و اشراف اطلاعاتی فرماندهی مرزبانی و انتظامی استان خراسان رضوی هستند که با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه، تمامی افراد با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تمام شمار انتخاب شدند. یافته‌های تحقیق به شناسایی 24 مؤلفه در حوزه اشراف اطلاعاتی ختم می‌شود که شامل اشراف محیطی، اشراف زمانی و اشراف جمعیتی می‌باشند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد یگان‌های مرزی که به‌عنوان رده اول امنیتی و مبادی اطلاعات سازمانی در راستای تحقق اهداف و مأموریت اطلاعاتی ناجا قرار دارند، بایستی برای نیل به اهداف و مأموریت اطلاعاتی ناجا، مؤلفه‌های اشراف اطلاعاتی در محیط داخلی، جدار مرزی و امنیتی – انتظامی را که دارای رتبه بالایی می‌باشند، مدنظر قرار دهند. لذا اشراف اطلاعاتی نقش مهم و اثرگذاری بر امنیت پایدار در مرزهای جمهوری اسلامی ایران داشته و بر همین اساس، تقویت و گسترش اشراف اطلاعاتی در مناطق مرزی بسیار ضروری و حیاتی است. |

The Role of Intelligence Dominance in the Sustainable Security of the Borders of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Case Study: Borders of Khorasan Razavi Province) |

Today having intelligence dominance that has the breadth and dynamism can be considered as the key to success in any system and organization. The purpose of this study was to identify and investigate the role of police intelligence dominance in the sustainable security of the border of Khorasan Razavi province. The research methodology is Delphi qualitative method and data collection tool includes note-taking and qualitative interview with experts. The statistical population consisted of 64 experts, commanders and border guards and intelligence dominance of the border guard command and police command of Khorasan Razavi province. Due to the limited number of the population, all subjects were selected as the sample of the study. The findings of the research end up at identifying 24 components in the field of intelligence dominance, including environmental dominance, time dominance and demographic dominance. The results show that Border Units, which are the first category of security and the basis of organizational information for the realization of I. R. I. Police objectives and mission, in order to achieve the I. R. I. Police mission and objectives, have to consider the components of the intelligence dominance in the internal environment, the border and policing-security wall that have a high rating. Therefore, intelligence plays an important and effective role in the sustainability of security on the borders of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and on this basis, the strengthening and expansion of intelligence dominance in the border areas is essential and vital. |
