مرزهای سیاسی مهم‌ترین عامل تفکیک یک واحد متشکّل سیاسی، از واحدهای دیگر است. خطوط مرزی، ضمن تعیین حدود قلمرو حکومت، تعیین‌کننده حدود اختیارات دولت آن حکومت نیز هستند. خطوط مرزی، خطوطی اعتباری و قراردادی هستند که به‌منظور تحدید حدود یک واحد سیاسی بر روی زمین مشخص می‌شوند. چنانچه منظور از واحد سیاسی، حکومت باشد، خطوطی که سرزمین یک حکومت را از حکومت همسایه جدا می‌کند، به مرزهای بین‌المللی معروف‌اند. همچنین، مرزهای بین‌المللی در شکل‌دهی مناسبات سیاسی و اقتصادی میان حکومت‌ها، نقش برجسته‌ای دارند. همواره ادعاها و کشمکش‌های مرزی عامل مهم ایجاد تیرگی روابط سیاسی میان برخی کشورها بوده است. این مقاله با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی در پاسخ به این پرسش است که اساساً مسئله مرز و سرزمین از چه دیدگاه‌ها و رویکردهایی قابل‌بحث و بررسی است؟ مرزهای بین‌المللی در شکل‌دهی مناسبات سیاسی و اقتصادی میان حکومت‌ها، نقش برجسته‌ای دارند. مرزها کنش متقابل مرزنشینان را به شدّت تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهند. شکوفایی و زوال شهرها و حوزه نفوذ آن‌ها در مجاورت مرز، بستگی به این دارد که خط مرزی نقش‌های جدیدی برای آن‌ها پدید آورد یا برعکس، حوزه طبیعی آن‌ها را بر هم زند. در سده‌های اخیر، نقشه سیاسی جهان دائماً تغییریافته که علت اصلی آن اکتشافات جغرافیایی، جنگ‌ها، تجزیه امپراطوری‌ها، و جداسازی و جدایی‌طلبی بوده است. |

Political borders are the most important factor in the separation of a political entity from other units. The border lines, while determining the extent of the state territory, also determine the extent of the jurisdictions of that state. Border lines are conventional and contractual lines that are identified to limit the limits of a political unit on the ground. If the political unit is the state, the lines separating the land of a state from the neighboring state are known as international borders. Also, international borders play a prominent role in shaping the political and economic relations between governments. Border claims and conflicts have always been a major contributor to blurring of political relations between some countries. This paper, using a descriptive-analytical method, seeks to find an answer to the question that what views and approaches can basically be employed for analyzing and studying the border and land. International borders have a prominent role in shaping the political and economic relations between the states. The borders severely affect the mutual cross-border action of frontiersmen. The flourishing and demolition of cities and their sphere of influence in the vicinity of the border depends on the fact that whether the border line creates new roles for them or, conversely, disrupts their natural sphere. In recent centuries, the world-wide political map has been constantly changing, with its main cause being geographical exploration, wars, the division of empires, and separation and separatism. |
