بررسی ارتباط میان برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانی و مدیریت زنجیره تأمین با تحلیل مسیر |

در این مقاله به مطالعه ارتباط میان سیستم برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانی و تأثیر آن بر روی شایستگی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین صنعت گاز کشور پرداخته است. بدین منظور پس از مرور ادبیات جامع در رابطه با ارتباط میان این سیستم‌ها، از مدلی مفهومی نشان‌دهنده تأثیر مزایای برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانی بر شایستگی‌های مدیریت زنجیره تأمین توسط یی فن سو[1] و همکار (2010) در زمینه پیاده‌سازی موفق این سیستم در صنعت گاز استفاده‌شده است. همچنین نه فرضیه از تأثیر مثبت سه ساختار مزایای برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانی بر سه ساختار مربوط به شایستگی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین ارائه‌شده است. در ادامه برای بررسی و توصیف رابطه بین این ساختارها، 160 پرسشنامه 19 سؤالی میان خبرگان واحدهای برنامه‌ریزی و زنجیره تأمین صنعت گاز کشور توزیع و جمع‌آوری شد و با استفاده از مدل معادله ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر به کمک نرم‌افزار Warp-PLS داده‌ها تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که رابطه قوی بین مزایای اجرای سیستم‌های برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانی و شایستگی مدیریت زنجیره تأمین صنعت گاز وجود دارد و اثرات مؤثر برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانی بر روی زنجیره تأمین صنعت گاز منجر به شایستگی کلی بهتر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین می‌شود. این شواهد، تأثیر تمامی ساختارهای برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانی بر بهبود شایستگی‌های مدیریت زنجیره تأمین صنعت گاز (به جزء تأثیر مزایای مدیریت و فرآیند تجاری بر یکپارچگی فرآیند برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل) را تأیید می‌کنند. Investigating the relationship between Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) with path analysis |

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) have been key sources of information technology investment for operational managers and have been recognized in scientific studies for their potential to improve business performance. (Mohammad et al. 2010) The purpose of this paper is to provide further information on the adoption of ERP systems and their impact on the competence of SCM in Iran's gas industry. In this research, after reviewing the comprehensive literature of the relationship between these systems, a conceptual model has been presented showing the effective benefits of ERP on the competence of SCM in the area of successful implementation of ERP in the gas industry. Also, 9 hypotheses have been presented about the positive effect of three structures of ERP benefits on three structures related to the competence of SCM. In order to investigate and describe the relationship between these structures, 160 questionnaires of 19 questions were distributed and then collected from among planning experts and supply chain of Iran's gas industry, which were analyzed by structural equation modeling and path analysis using Warp-PLS software. Results show that there is a close correlation between the benefits of implementing ERP systems, and the competence of SCM of gas industry, and the profound influences of ERP on the supply chain of gas industry which lead to a better overall SCM competence. The evidence confirms the impact of all ERP structures on improving the competence of SCM gas industry (apart from the impact of management and business benefits on the integrity of planning and control process). |
