مقدمه: آینده‌پژوهی، انعطاف‌پذیری راهبردی سازمان را تقویت و ناجا با آینده‌پژوهی نظام‌مند می‌تواند توانمندی راهبردی خود در عدم غافلگیری در سطوح مختلف را بالا برده، نظم و امنیت مطلوب خود را محقق کند. روش: روش پژوهش آمیخته با به‌کارگیری طرح پژوهش اکتشافی و از نوع کاربردی است. نوع داده‌ها کیفی و کمی، بیان نتایج توصیفی- تحلیلی، روش گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش مبانی و ادبیات نظری، روش اسناد و مدارک و در بخش میدانی انجام مصاحبه و استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه محققساخته به روش پیمایش انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش برگرفته از نظرات صاحب‌نظران، نخبگان و خبرگان موضوع، مدل پیشنهادی نظام آینده‌پژوهی ناجا مشتمل بر شش بُعد 1- محرک‌ها یا ارکان جهت‌ساز تأثیرگذار بر نظام آینده‌پژوهی ناجا 2- قابلیت‌های نظام آینده‌پژوهی ناجا 3- عناصر اصلی نظام آینده‌پژوهی ناجا 4- توانمندسازهای نظام آینده‌پژوهی ناجا 5- کارکردها یا انتظارات محوری از نظام آینده‌پژوهی ناجا و 6- تأثیرات یا پیامدهای راهبردی نظام آینده‌پژوهی ناجا و با ترکیب 52 مؤلفه است. نتیجهگیری: مؤلفه‌های دسته‌بندی و مرتب‌شده در ابعاد شش‌گانه در مدل پیشنهادی، شناخت مطلوبی را در خصوص وضعیت و همچنین به‌صورت نقشهراهی در اختیار فرماندهان و مدیران حوزه مرتبط قرار می‌گیرد تا با در نظر گرفتن آن‌ها، اهداف و برنامه‌های خود را ساماندهی کنند تا دستیابی به اهداف امکان‌پذیر شود. |

Introduction: Future study reinforce the strategic flexibility of the organization and with the systematic future studies NAJA can enhance its strategic ability to avoid being unaware at different levels, to achieve its desired discipline and security. method: The research method is a mixed method applied with using exploratory research project. Type of data is Qualitative and quantitative. results are described via descriptive-analytical method, data collection method in theoretical literature is documentary.in the field part interviewing and researcher-made questionnaire was done using scrolling method. Findings: Based on the findings of the research extracted from opinions of the experts, elites and professionals; the proposed model of NAJA's future study system consists of six dimensions: The motivators or key elements that influence the NAJA's future study system, The capabilities of the NAJA's future study system, The main elements of the NAJA's future study system, The empowerments of the NAJA's future study system, The functions and Core expectations of the NAJA's future study system, The Strategic Impact or Consequences of the NAJA's future study system, Totally with combination of 52 components. Conclusion: Sorted and categorized components in the six dimensions of the proposed model provide a good understanding of the situation as well as a roadmap for the commanders and relevant managers in order to Organize their goals and plans in an achievable way. |
