ارزیابی عوامل درون‌سازمانی مؤثر بر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز با تکنیک دیمتل فازی |

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل عوامل درون‌سازمانی مؤثر بر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز با تکنیک دیمتل فازی و استخراج عوامل تأثیرگذار و تأثیرپذیر و مهم‌ترین عامل درون‌سازمانی مؤثر بر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین شرکت گاز استان قزوین انجام گرفته است. بدین منظور پس از شناسایی عوامل درون‌سازمانی کلیدی و مؤثر بر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز بامرور ادبیات و جمع‌آوری نظراتمتخصصانشرکت گاز، مدلی مفهومی شامل چهار عامل ارائه شد. سپس تأثیر این عوامل در شرکت از طریق جمع‌آوری عقاید 70 نفر از خبرگان با پرسشنامه و تأیید پایایی داده‌ها با ضریب آلفای کرون باخ در نرم‌افزار اس پی اس اس موردبررسی قرار گرفت و با استفاده از آزمون آماری کولموگوروف- اسمیرنوف، نرمال‌بودن داده‌ها تأییدشده و با به‌کارگیری آزمون میانگین، مطلوبیت عوامل در شرکت گاز ارزیابی و نهایتاً تمامی عوامل مورد تأیید واقع شد. در پایان، با توجه به حساسیت و اهمیت اولویت‌بندی عوامل از نظر تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری در شرکت، از طریق توزیع پرسشنامه میان 15 نفر از متخصصان و مدیران و با بکارگیری تکنیک دیمتل فازی در نرم‌افزار اکسل، عوامل مذکور مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. خروجی نهایی تکنیک دیمتل فازی نشان از استخراج عامل درون‌سازمانی "یکپارچگی فرآیند"، به عنوان تاثیرگذارترین عامل در مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز شرکت و "مدیریت عملکرد مشترک" در جایگاه دوم داشت. همچنین عامل "مدیریت ارتباط" از نظر میزان مجموع تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری به عنوان مهم‌ترین عامل و "مدیریت عملکرد مشترک" در اهمیت بعدی قرار گرفته است. بدین ترتیب عوامل با اهمیت بیشتر نیازمند توجه بیشتری توسط مدیران شرکت در آینده به منظور دستیابی به مزایای رقابتی خدمات سبز و ارضای هر چه بیشتر نیازهای مشتریان می‌باشند. |

The present research has been done with the aim of anyalyzing inner-organization factors affecting Green supply chain management using DimtelFuzzi's technique and extraction of affecting and affected factors and the most significant inner-organization factors affecting supply chain management of gas company of Qazvin province. Therefore, after identifying key inner-organization factors affecting Green supply chain management through the review of its literature and collection of experts' opinions, a conceptual model containing four factors were presented. Then, the effect of these factors on the company were verified by collecting the opinions of 70 experts accompanied by a questionnaire and confirming the reliability of data using coefficient cronbach's alpha in SPSS software. The normality of the data were verified by using a statistical test called Kolmogorof-Smirnof and the favourability of factors were evaluated by using mean test and finally all the factors were confirmed. In the end, regarding the sensitivity and importance of priotization of factors from the aspect of affecting and being affected in the company, the aforesaid factors were evaluated through distributing questionnaires among 15 people, including experts and managers and using DimitelFuzzi's technique in Excel software. The final output of DimitelFuzzi's technique shows the extraction of inner-organization factors "Process Integration" as the most effective element in Green supply chain management company and " Common Operation Management" as less effective one in the second place. Also, the factor "Communication Management" is considered as the most important factor according to the extent of its affecting and affected feature and "Common Operation Management" as the next important one. Therefore, more important factors are required to receive more attention by the managers in the future in order to achieve competitive advantage of Green services and meet the needs of customers. |
