آسیب‌شناسی سیستم انبارداری اقلام آماد همگانی دریک واحد صنعتی دفاعی بر اساس الگوی سه شاخگی |

این مطالعه باهدف آسیب‌شناسی سیستم انبارداری اقلام آماد همگانی در یک واحد صنعتی دفاعی بر اساس الگوی سه شاخگیانجام‌گرفته است. لذا ازنظر نتیجه، یک تحقیق کاربردی، ازنظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی و ازنظر زمان جزو تحقیقات مقطعی می‌باشد. پس از مطالعه پیشینه موضوع و بررسی الگوهای موجود و شکل‌گیری چهارچوب نظری، متغیرهای مهم تحقیق شناسایی و مدل مفهومی و فرضیات تحقیق مشخص گردید. برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گردید؛ که روایی محتوای آن توسط خبرگان تأییدشده و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه نیز برای سنجش پایایی محاسبه شد. نمونه موردمطالعه در این تحقیق شامل 127 نفر از کارکنان آمادی شاغل در واحد صنعتی دفاعی بود، که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردید. نتیجه آزمون فرضیات تحقیق به کمک آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای و فریدمن نشان‌دهنده مناسب بودن وضعیت عوامل ساختاری و نامناسب بودن وضعیت عوامل رفتاری و زمینه‌ای می‌باشد. مهم‌ترین آسیب عوامل ساختاری شامل پیچیدگی سازمانی شناخته شد. مهم‌ترین آسیب عوامل زمینه‌ای شامل فرهنگ‌سازمانی، منزلت و اعتبار، فناوری و عملکرد گذشته و مهم‌ترین آسیب عوامل رفتاری نیز مدیریت و رهبری، سیستم اطلاعات، جذب، جامعه‌پذیری، آموزش، حفظ و نگهداشت، ارزیابی عملکرد، به‌کارگیری و رسیدگی به شکایات می‌باشد. درنهایت بر اساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده پیشنهاد‌ها و راه‌کارهایی به مدیران و محققان بعدی پیشنهاد گردید. |

The present study has been made with the aim of damage identification of storekeeping system of common logistics items in a defense industrial unit based on trifurcation pattern. Therefore, it is considered applied in terms of conclusion, descriptive in terms of aim and sectional in terms of time. After studying the history of issues and reviewing available patterns and formation of theoretical framework, important variables of the research were identified and the conceptual model and research hopotheses were recognized. To measure the variables, a researcher-made questionnaire has been used that the validity of its contents has been approved by intelligentsia and its Cronbach's alpha coefficient has been measured to evaluate its reliability. The case study in this research consists of 127 logistics personnel of industrial defense unit chosen by random sampling method. The result of research hypotheses, with the help of single-dimensional T-test and Fridman, shows the convenience of structural factors situation and inconvenience of contextual and behavioral factors situation. The most important damage of structural factors was identified as institution complexity. The most important damage of contextual factors consist of institutional culture, status, and credit, past turnover and the most important damage of behavioral structure are management and leadership, information system, absorption, sociability, education, protection and conservation, performance evaluation, exerting and investigating complaints. Finally, based on achieved results, suggestions and solutions were given to subsequent managers and researchers. |
