این تحقیق با هدف بررسی وضعیت بازنشستگان ناجا و شناسایی مسائل و مشکلات آنها و در نهایت ارائه راهکارهای علمی برای از میان برداشتن این مشکلات انجام گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری داده ها پیمایشی و از نظر نوع تحقیق، توصیفی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل بازنشستگان در قید حیات نیروی انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران که تعداد آنها بالغ بر 150000 تا 160000 نفر می باشد، است.با استفاده از جدول مورگان حداقل تعداد نمونه مورد بررسی برابر 400 نفر برآورد گردید. در عین حال، 1484 پرسشنامه تکمیل و مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ و نرم افزار Spss به میزان 87% محاسبه گردیده است. در پایان پس از بررسی شاخص های مناسب به منظور احصاء مشکلات بازنشستگان ناجا، از طریق مصاحبه با نخبگان و صاحبان تصمیم امر، راه حل های مناسب جهت رفع این مشکلات ارائه گردید. لازم به ذکر است، سعی شده در ارائه راه حل ها، کاربردی بودن و امکان پیاده سازی با توجه به شرایط سازمان ناجا مدنظر قرار گیرد. |

This research has been accomplished for the purpose of examining Naja retiree's conditions and recognizing their issues and problems and finally has given scientific solutions for getting rid of these problems. This research is an applied research from the purpose point of view and it is survey research from data gathering point of view and considers as a descriptive research for the reason of kind of research. The statistical universe of this research consists of alive Naja retirees whom their numbers equal to 150000 to 16000 persons. With using Morgan table, it is estimated that the minimum number of examined sample equals to 400 persons. And also 1484 questionnaire has filled and used for this research .The reliability of questionnaire is calculated on the basis of Cronbach s Alpha method and SPSS software that is equals to 87 percent. In the end of this research, after examining appropriate indicators for the sake of collecting Naja retirees problems, some suitable solutions has been presented through interview with talents and authorities. It is necessary to say that it has tried to focus on applicability, and possibility of solutions executing on the basis of Naja circumstances |
