The goal of this research was study of correlation between structure of Naja staff deputies and employees job satisfaction. The authors used field study for data gathering The instrument was researcher - make Questionnaire. The authors has used Spearman correlation test for data analysis. The research findings have shown that there were significant correlation between organizational structure(complexity, concentration and formality) and personnel job satisfaction |
