امروزه با ایجاد تغییر و تحول در نگرش مدیریت سازمان‌های نظامی- انتظامی، بازنشستگی دیگر به عنوان نقطه پایان یک همکاری اداری فرض نمی‌شود. بلکه از نقطه نظر مدیریت منابع انسانی فرآیند خروج از خدمت کارکنان، آغاز مرحله تکمیلی زندگی سازمانی فرد به حساب می‌آید. هدف اصلی این مقاله، شناسایی و تعیین عوامل مؤثر در ایجاد و ارتقای منزلت اجتماعی کارکنان بازنشسته پلیس و طراحی الگوی مناسب جهت سنجش منزلت اجتماعی آنان است. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات کمی با استراتژی پیمایشی و دارای جهتگیری کاربردی است که به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با رویکرد قیاسی از طریق تحلیل معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفته است. با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند، تعداد 202 نفر از میان اساتید و خبرگان پلیس به عنوان آزمون شوندگان انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار سنجش، پرسشنامه‌ای محقق ساخته و مبتنی بر ادبیات تحقیق است که پس از اخذ دیدگاه صاحب نظران، روایی و پایایی خود را از ساختار پژوهش کسب نموده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد71 % از واریانس منزلت اجتماعی از طریق نحوۀ مصرف بازنشستگان در امور رفاهی، تغذیه و امور بهداشتی قابل تبیین است؛ 72 % از واریانس منزلت اجتماعی از طریق شیوه رفتاری بازنشستگان در حوزه روابط خانوادگی، نحوۀ گذران اوقات فراغت و منطبق شدن با محیط تبیین می‌شود و 83 % واریانس منزلت اجتماعی نیز از طریق نوع نگرش بازنشستگان به مهارت‌های فردی، حمایت سازمانی، قدرت تطبیق‌پذیری و میزان بهره‌مندی از احساس شادی، خودکارآمدی و احساس سلامتی قابل تبیین است. |

TOdays, by changing management attitude of military and disciplinary organizatins, the retirement not only considered as and end point of administrative cooperation, but also from HRM viewpoint, employees turnover process consider as a beginning of complimentary stage of organizational life of persons.This research aims at recognizing and determining effective factors on creating and increasing police retirees’ social status and designing approriate pattern for their social status measurement.This research type was quantitative with survey strategy and applied orientation which has been executed by descriptive-analytical method and comparative approach via structural equation model. By using purposeful sampling method 202 people were selected among professors and police talents as testers. The tool was a researcher-made questionaire which was conducted according to research literature. This questionnaire was acquired its validity and reliabiliy from research structure after collecting authorities view and initial emendation. The results indicated that %71 of social status variance via retirees consumption in recreational affairs, nutritiion and hygenic affairs was describeable; %72 of social status variance via retirees behaviour method in the field of family relations, spending lesure time and conformig with environment was describeable and %83 of social status variance via retirees types of attitude to individual skills, organizaional support, adaptability power and the extent of joy feeling , self efficacy and healthy feeling was describeable. |
