تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر توسعه سازمان از طریق نقش میانجی سرمایه فکری در دانشگاه هوایی شهید ستاری |

در عصر دانایی که در آن دانش مهم‌ترین سرمایه محسوب می‌شود، سازمان‌ها نیازمند رویکرد مدیریتی متفاوتی نسبت به مسائل سازمان و کارکنان خود هستند. حفظ و نگهداری کارکنان سازمان‌ها و پرورش سرمایه‌های فکری آنان نقش تعیین کننده‌ای در توسعه پایدار سازمان دارد. در پژوهش حاضر، نقش تعاملی سرمایه فکری در رابطه بین مدیریت دانش و توسعه سازمانی بررسی می‌شود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی کارکنان دارای حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در دانشگاه هوایی شهید ستاری است و نمونه آماری با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شد. پژوهش حاضر، تحقیقی توصیفی - پیمایشی است و در آن از ابزار پرسشنامه برای گردآوری داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل داده‌ها با کمک آزمون‌های آماری رگرسیون خطی و تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که مدیریت دانش بر توسعه سازمان و سرمایه فکری و سرمایه فکری بر توسعه سازمان، تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارند. همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که سرمایه فکری باعث افزایش تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر توسعه سازمان می‌شود. |

In the era of knowledge where knowledge is the most important asset, organizations require a different management approach toward the organization and its employees. Maintenance staff, organizations and develop their intellectual capital plays a decisive role in the sustainable development of the organization. In the present study, the interactive role of intellectual capital in the relationship between knowledge management and organizational development will be discussed. The study sample included all employees of the Shahid Sattari Air University Who have at least a bachelor's degree and the statistical sample was selected using simple random sampling. The present study is descriptive - survey and a questionnaire were used for data collection. The findings of the data analysis with the help of statistical analysis of linear regression and path analysis showed that knowledge management on intellectual capital and the development of the organization and intellectual capital on the development of organization have a significant impact. As well as the results of path analysis showed that intellectual capital led to increase the impact of knowledge management on the development of the organization. |
