The purpose of this study is, "Factors affecting job satisfaction and dissatisfaction deputy police man power". The research method used descriptive survey and the statistical population included all employees of the police department of human resources in 1395 of 510 people and the sample according to the sample of 216 employees who were selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire that included demographic factors (age, gender, marital status, degree, years of service and level of education), employment (skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy and feedback to result) and organizational (pay - salary -, promotion opportunity and promotion, sponsorship and partner ships style(. The reliability and validity based on the opinions of experts and consultants and supervisors and human resources was approved police. Also The validity of the questionnaire by Cronbach's alpha test, number 88/50, respectively. Using SPSS software for descriptive (mean, standard deviation, etc.) and analysis of inferential statistics (single-sample t test and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test) were analyzed. The findings show that in the realm of the individual, only the age components, had a significant impact on job satisfaction or dissatisfaction, that is age, the rate of job dissatisfaction comes down. And in the field of occupational factors, it was found except for "versatility" and the rest of the components are lower than average in the field of organizational factors "light headed" and "relations between partners" were rated lower than average |
