(بزه-دیده و متهم) از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. در این میان بزه دیده ـ به عنوان یکی از طرفین دخیل در پدیده جنایی ـ در نتیجه ی تحمل بزه، متحمل آسیب ها و ضرر و زیان متعدد روحی و روانی شده و نیازمند جبران خسارات ناشی از جرم و مرتفع شدن آسیب های روانی یا دست کم کاهش آن آسیب ها است. غالباً نوع جرم ارتکابی مشخص می کند که بزه دیده به چه نوع کمک و مساعدتی نیاز دارد. نهادها و سازمان هایی هم که به نحوی می توانند در مساعدت و خدمات رسانی به بزه دیدگان نقش محوری داشته باشند، بسیار متنوع بوده و شامل نهادهای نظام عدالت جنایی ـ نهاد تعقیب، نهاد پلیس، نهاد صدور حکم و نهاد اجرای حکم (یا اصلاح و تربیت) ـ و دیگر نهادها و سازمان های دولتی و وابسته به دولت و همچنین نهادهای مدنی و غیر دولتی هستند که هریک از آن ها بسته به وظایف و اختیارت خود می توانند جزو فراهم آورندگان خدمات بزه دیده باشند. |

In a broad sense , can be considered preliminary investigation before the end of the trial would take place . In this case all of the above studies addressed the court that police agencies and prosecutors in order to discover, and the pursuit of research carried out crimes , domestic research is be preliminary . It is from this point that the foundation of a fair hearing and arrangements will be established at the preliminary investigation stage , the stage for litigants in criminal ( misdemeanor - w:as char:ged ) is of utmost importance .it has reduced injuries . Often the victims of crime will determine what kind of assistance is needed . Institutions and organizations together so that they can play a key role in the assistance and services to victims have been extremely varied and includes entities prosecuted the criminal justice system , the police, the verdict institutions and organizations of executing the sentence ( or Modifiers of training ) and other government-related entities and government agencies and non -governmental and civil society institutions , each of them depending on their duties and powers can be seen as victim service providers . |
