The order, one of the most important topics in the social sciences is that although it dates back as old as civilization itself , but the modern world , and specific issues such as urbanization, industrialization , individualism , etc. , all of which may cause instability in the traditional order , brought attention to the issue of discipline is emphasized . And although it can be said that the first and most serious modern thinker , Machiavelli , but this is Thomas Hobbes , who for the first time , the question of how to establish the discipline as a problem arises . Understanding of how to create order, prevent crime, that crime of all, in order to reduce the threat to social cohesion and the creation of mechanisms in order to be properly understood , can easily prevent crime reduction and social cohesion said.
