عنوان فارسی کاهش جرائم شهری با تأکید بر رویکرد پیشگیری از جرم از طریق طراحی محیطی، مطالعه موردی: شهر قم
چکیده فارسی مقاله وقوع جرم، علاوه بر بزهکار و بزه‌دیده، به مکان وقوع جرم نیز نیاز دارد. جرائم در مکان رخ می‌دهند و عوامل محیطی باعث ایجاد انگیزه، رغبت، کشش و قصد مجرمانه در فرد می‌شوند، به‌طوری‌که طراحی صحیح معماری و اتخاذ تدابیر پیشگیری از جرم در خصوص محیط، یکی از راه‌حل‌های ضروری در امر پیشگیری از جرم است. این مقاله با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی و با تکیه بر گردآوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه‌ای و تحقیقات میدانی به شناخت نقاط جرم‌خیز و ارتباط بین طراحی، فضا و جرم و همچنین ارکان پیشگیری از جرم از طریق طراحی محیطی می‌پردازد. محدوده مورد مطالعه شهر قم بوده که به‌عنوان یکی از کلان شهرهای کشور مطرح است. در این پژوهش به‌طور موردی جرم سرقت و مهم‌ترین مکان‌های وقوع جرم سرقت، که حاشیه خیابان‌ها و پیاده‌روها، منازل مسکونی و اماکن تجاری است، بررسی شده و به‌دنبال آن تأثیر شرایط فیزیکی در ارتکاب بزه سرقت در شهر قم مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که کانون اصلی جرم‌خیزی بزه سرقت در شهر قم خیابان نیروگاه بوده و مهم‌ترین مکان‌های وقوع جرم سرقت در این شهر به‌ترتیب حاشیه خیابان یا پیاده‌روها، منازل مسکونی، مراکز صنعتی و تجاری است؛ به‌طوری‌که پس از شناخت اصول پیشگیری از جرم از طریق طراحی محیطی، به‌عنوان یک نظریه و روش مناسب در بهبود روابط فضاها و شرایط شهرها در امنیت و کاهش جرم، به‌واسطه آن فرصت‌های جرم و جنایت کاهش و امنیت عمومی در سطح شهرها افزایش می‌یابد که به‌دنبال آن شاهد بهبود کیفیت زندگی شهروندان سلامت و امنیت جامعه خواهیم بود.

In this study , which is typically theft and most important location - theft of crime , the streets and sidewalks , homes and businesses , and followed by the impact of the physical conditions in committing a crime in the city of Qom theft has been analysed . the results of the study suggests that the main focus of criminalisation misdemeanor theft street in the city of Qom plant and most important - - the theft of crime in the city , respectively, the street or on foot - goers , homes, industrial and commercial centres , so that the principles of the crime prevention through the design of the environment, as a theory and appropriate method in improving relations spaces and security conditions in the cities and the reduction in crime , owing to the opportunities of crime reduction and public safety level increases in cities , which seeks to witness to improve the quality of life for the citizens of the community health and safety .
