عنوان فارسی رتبه بندی و تحلیل پراکندگی جغرافیای جرائم در شهرستان‌های استان ایلام با استفاده از الگو‌های تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره
چکیده فارسی مقاله یکی از مسائل مهم در شهرها، افزایش میزان جرائم است و احساس امنیت را که یکی از نیازهای روحی انسان و از مهم‌ترین شاخص‌های کیفیت فضا است با چالش مواجه‌ کرده است. از ارکان مهم در مدیریت بهینه شهرها، تحلیل فضایی مناطق جرم‌خیز است. بررسی و تحلیل پراکندگی فضایی مناطق جرم‌خیز به‌عنوان نخستین گام در برنامه‌ریزی برای کنترل جرائم از اهمیت قابل توجهی برخوردار است. بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش رتبه‌بندی نواحی جرم‌خیز و همچنین بررسی نسبت جرم به تراکم جمعیت در استان ایلام با استفاده از الگو‌های تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره در محیط سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی است. داده‌های مورد استفاده نیز مربوط به سالنامه آماری استان (فصل امور قضایی) در سال 1390 است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شهرستان ایلام رتبه نخست را به خود اختصاص داده و به‌عنوان کانون اصلی جرائم صورت گرفته در استان می‌باشد. شهرستان آبدانان در رتبه دوم و شهرستان‌های دره-شهر و دهلران در رتبه سوم کانون‌های جرائم استان قرار دارند. همچنین ارتباط بین فراوانی جرائم و متغیر زمینه‌ساز تراکم جمعیت، با استفاده از GIS مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت که نتایج نشان می‌دهد بیشترین تراکم جرم در جمعیت، به‌ترتیب در شهرستان‌های ملک‌شاهی، ایوان و دهلران به‌چشم می‌خورند. کمترین نسبت جرم به جمعیت نیز در شهرستان‌های ایلام و آبدانان دیده می‌شود که نشان‌دهنده رابطه مستقیم و مثبت بین نسبت جرائم و تراکم جمعیت است. در مجموع نتایج حاصله با مطالعات نظری و تجربی پیشین، همخوانی دارد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله One of the major problems in urban areas, rising crime rate and a sense of security that the human and spiritual needs of the most important indicators of quality space has Mvajh‌ challenges. Important elements in the optimal management of cities, spatial analysis is Jrmkhyz areas. Analysis of the spatial distribution of Jrmkhyz areas as the first step in planning for crime control is of considerable importance. The purpose of this study Ranking Jrmkhyz areas as well as the ratio of the mass of the population in Ilam province Algv‌Hay using multiple criteria decision making in a geographical information system (GIS) is. The research method is analytical. Also used data from the Statistical Yearbook of (the Judiciary) in the 1390's. The results show that the city's top Elam, and as the main focus is the crime took place in the province. ABDANAN city and town in valley-city ranked second and third dehloran Kanvn‌Hay are state crimes. Crime and variable frequency drives as well as the relationship between population density, using GIS to assess the results show that most of the mass density of the population, respectively, in the cities malekshahi, porch and into view in My‌Khvrnd dehloran. Less than the mass of the population in the province of Elam and ABDANAN seen positive result indicating the direct relationship between crime rate and population density. According to the results of previous experimental and theoretical studies, are consistent.
