بررسی نقش سرای محله به‌عنوان سازمان اجتماعی مردم‌نهاد بر پیشگیری و کاهش جرم |

مقاله حاضر که با ارزیابی تأثیرات اجتماعی و فرهنگی ساخت سرای محله به‌عنوان سازمانی اجتماعی و مردم‌نهاد به بررسی نقش این نوع نهاد‌ها در پیشگیری و کاهش جرم در محله تحت نفوذ می‌پردازد، حاصل پژوهشی است که از نظر مسیر توصیفی و از نظر هدف کاربردی بوده و برای گردآوری اطلاعات نیز از روش میدانی و اسنادی استفاده شده است، به‌گونه‌ای که در بخش اسنادی، به تمام شماری همه اسناد موجود و در دسترس پرداخته شد و در بخش میدانی نیز 400 نفر از ساکنان محله شهرک استقلال و 15 نفرکاسبان و اهالی زن و مرد دارای سابقه سکونت بالای 5 سال در محله، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در عین حال با مدیران محلی و انتظامی محله یادشده و نهادهای ذی‌نفع نیز به‌صورت هدفمند و در دسترس مصاحبه شد. ابزار به‌کار رفته در این پژوهش، علاوه بر مطالعه اسناد و مدارک مربوطه، پرسش‌نامه پژوهشگر ساخته، مصاحبه نیمه‌باز و مشاهده در بخش سنجش وضع موجود و برآورد تأثیرات بوده است. یافته‌های پژوهش گویای آن است که نهادهای اجتماعی از جمله سراهای محله می‌توانند به پـر شدن اوقات فراغت، افزایش دانش و آگاهی عمومی، کاهش و پیشگیری از جرم، ایجاد و دستیابی به فضای جمعی و توسعه فرهنگی و... در محله‌ها منجر شده و در عین حال پس از احداث، اثری منفی نخواهد داشت. |

The present paper to assess the effects of social and cultural as the construction of the social organisation and explores the role of this type of bodies in the prevention and reduction in crime under the influence of the neighborhood , research results in terms of descriptive route and practical purpose was to gather information and also of the method used in the field and documents , who took part in a number of documents , all the existing documents and was available in the field as well as residents in 400 Town locality of independence and 15 نفرکاسبان and the men and women, has a history of high residence 5 years in the neighborhood, as an example . at the same time, with the local managers and law enforcement agencies and the neighborhood beneficial as targeted and available in an interview . tools used in this research, in addition to study the relevant documents , researcher interview questionnaire , half open, and in the measurement and the effects of the status quo . Research findings suggest that the social institutions , including the سراهای can fill leisure, enhancement of knowledge and public awareness, and reduce crime prevention, creating and achieve collective space and cultural development, and … in the lead , and at the same time , after the construction will not have any negative effect . |
