The study aimed at an explanation of the characteristics of the execution step in the process of crime prevention , the main factors affecting the implementation of the Programme of crime , the challenges of the implementation of the crime prevention programmes . In this study by using the method of documents , library resources and different research centres inter - organizational (University law enforcement, science research offices , schools, the vice - president of research ) and off - organization ( libraries, universities and research centers and the country's research ) . the findings of the present study showed that the implementation phase consists of four stages research and approved, the preparation and implementation of the launch , the initial and full implementation of the - such as the main factors affecting the implementation of the Programme of crimes, including : one of the main factors related to social context , the main factors related to the organization, the main factors related to the crew and participants in the prevention of crime and the main factors related to prevent crime each of those - including the sub - factors . - such challenges for the implementation of the Programme of crime , including : challenges for identification, attract and retain stakeholders , restricted access to the results of Studies and related research , the imbalance in identifying resources, the new programme, inadequate understanding of the new programme, a lack of coordination among the main elements of the implementation of the program, inadequate education and a lack of resources , were impeded . |
