بررسی عوامل محیطی مؤثر در افزایش سطح امنیت پارکها مطالعه موردی: پارکهای شهر قزوین |

تأمین امنیت بهعنوان یکی از نیازهای اساسی انسان، همیشه و در همه جوامع موردتوجه بوده است به همین دلیل همواره سرمایههای زیادی صرف تأمین امنیت شهرها و سکونتگاههای مختلف میشود. یکی از مهمترین فضاها و مناظر شهری که افراد اوقات فراغت خود در آن میگذرانند پارکها است و امنیت پارک و فضای موجود در آن بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین عاملی است که باعث جذب افراد به آن میگردد. به همین واسطه هدف از این مقاله بررسی امنیت محیطی در پارکهای شهری است. محدوده موردمطالعه شهر قزوین و پارکهای این شهر بوده و روش تحقیق این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی بر پایه پیمایش است. به جهت جمعآوری اطلاعات از فن پرسشنامه استفاده گردیده و نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که وجود عوامل محیطی مانند پوشش گیاهی، روشنایی، نقاط کنج و غافلگیری در پیشگیری از وقوع جرم و ایجاد حس امنیت پارکها تأثیر بسزایی دارند. با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده مؤلفه نظارت و روشنایی در سطح پایینتری در رتبهبندی ازنظر استفادهکنندگان قرارگرفته است که میتوان با نصب دوربینهای مداربسته، افزایش نگهبانان و کیوسکهای نگهبانی مؤلفه نظارت را ارتقا داد. همچنین با نصب سیستمهای روشنایی پیشرفته (تشخیص فرد) به افزایش روشنایی و مسئله صرفهجویی انرژی پاسخگو بود. کاربریهای مرکب و پرجمعیت مانند کاربریهای اداری، تجاری و معابر اصلی برافزایش احساس امنیت تأثیر معناداری دارد. برعکس کاربریهای یکنواختی که فقط در ساعات خاص اداری دارای تراکم هستند و سایر اوقات شبانهروز فاقد جریان جمعیتی قابلتوجه میباشند، فضاهای غیرقابلدفاع به شمار خواهند آمد؛ بنابراین ضرورت تأمین نیازها، استاندارهای خاص استفادهکنندگان و بهرهگیری از رویکردها مانند پیشگیری از جرم بهوسیله طراحی محیطی، انتخاب عقلانی، امنیت عمومی و سایر نظریات مرتبط که در طراحی فضاهای عمومی در شهر بتواند تأمینکننده این نیازها و استاندارها باشد میبایست مورد توجه برنامهریزان و طراحان شهری قرار گیرند. |

Security as one of the basic needs of humans has always been a concern in all societies. Therefore, there is always a lot of capital to secure the security of cities and settlements. Parks are one of the most important spaces and scenery in which people spend their leisure time and the park's security and the space available there is one of the most important factors that attract people to it. The purpose of this article is to examine environmental safety in urban parks. The study area is located in Qazvin city and its parks. The research method is descriptive-analytical based on the survey. Data gathering was done using questionnaire technique and the results of the research indicate that environmental factors such as vegetation, lighting, shading points and surprises have a significant effect on preventing crime and creating the sense of security of parks. According to the results, the monitoring and lighting components are at a lower level in the users' rating, which can be enhanced by installing CCTV cameras, increasing the security guards and surveillance kiosks. Also, with the installation of advanced lighting systems (individual detection), the answer was to increase the brightness and the energy saving issue. Composite and populated applications such as administrative, commercial, and main roads have a significant effect on increasing the sense of security. Unlike monotonous applications that only have a densely busy office hours and other day-to-day absence of significant population flows, they are considered to be insecure areas; therefore, the need to meet the needs, specific user standards, and the use of approaches such as crime prevention through environmental design, selection Rational, public safety and other related ideas that can be used to design public spaces in the city can be the provider of these needs and standards should be considered by planners and urban planners. |
