چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The death resulting from driving accidents especially in under developed countries resulted from different factors such as cars numbers, users' traffic behaviors and infrastructures and driving mistakes. The main aim of this study is studying the effect of new traffic law in decreasing accidents and accident reductions from 2003 to 2014 and studying driving violations and traffic safety. This study is applicable and descriptive. The accident sample include all crashes and death from 2003 to 2014 which are analyzed. The result showed the 11.3 percent increase and decrease of 35 percent in the rate of crashes. Also, driving crashes per 10000 vehicles had 7 percent decrease during 2003 to 2014.
