Abstract The field and object: Organizational citizenship behavior is set of useful voluntarily and optional behaviors for organization that are not part of one's official dutiesb, but they promote the effective performance of the organization and improve social utility of organization and on the other hand, it will be satisfied customers or individuals. According to the traffic police in recent years has been associated with many innovations and has been raised various ways to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. The main objective of this research is to identify the consequences of organizational citizenship behavior from the perspective of traffic experts areas and faculty members of university. Method: This reaearch in terms of purpose is practical and in terms of the method is qualitative and data collection tool is interview and the statistical population also Consists of faculty members of university and experts of Traffic Police using the snowball method to 24 people until reach theoretical saturation. qualitative method of oriented content analysis and Max Q-DI qualitative software has been used to analyze the content of research. Findings: the resulting findings shows that only 14 resulting consequences meanly people satisfaction, mutual respect between people and the police, positive view of people to police, gaining the trust of people, increasing effectiveness, increasing efficiency, increasing quality of service, improving employee morale, employee satisfaction, maintaining employee morale, job satisfaction, reducing the employee irregularity, influencing others by police performance and its extension to other organization were due to close at 4 levels that against the final research model include 1- improving guality of working life traffic employee, 2- Improving performance of traffic police, 3- patterning traffic police, 4- satisfaction of the remaining people. Suggestions: the similar researches found after necessary reviews for three levels :improving guality of working life traffic employee, Improving performance of traffic police , satisfaction of people, but no similar research found for patterning traffic police that it can be concluded that patterning traffic police is one of the innovations of this research. |
