مقایسه الگوی مدیریت دو سطحی پیش از بحران با الگوهای بین المللی در مدیریت بحران‌های ترافیکی |

زمینه و هدف: تحقیق بررسی تطبیقی الگوهای بین‌المللی مدیریت بحران‌های ترافیک شهری با هدف مقایسه الگوهای سایر کشور‌ها با الگوی مدیریت دو سطحی مقابله با بحران‌های ترافیک شهری صورت گرفته است. بدیهی است که چنین مقایسه‌ای می‌تواند نواقص و یا امتیازات این الگو را برای مدیران شهری کشور مشخص سازد. روش: روش این تحقیق از نظر نوع تحقیق، کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا کیفی، با تکنیک دلفی تطبیقی است. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از ابزار اسناد و مدارک و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد که قبل از اجرا، اعتبار آن از طریق اعتبار صوری، و پایایی آن از طریق معادله کوکران با ضریب 891/0 مورد ارزیابی مثبت قرار گرفت. در جهت سنجش نیکویی الگوی تحقیق از رگرسیون چند متغیره استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها و پیشنهاد‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که الگوی دوسطحی مقابله با بحران‌های ترافیک شهری از چندین جهت نسبت به سایر الگوهای مطرح شده، از قابلیت‌های لازم برخوردار بوده و ضمن پیشگیری از بحران‌های ترافیک شهری، در احراز آمادگی مدیران مرتبط با بحران ترافیک به منظور مقابله با بحران بسیار تاثیرگذار است. |

Comparison of pre-crisis two-level management model with international models in traffic crisis management |

The field and purpose: researching a comparative study of international models of urban traffic crisis management has been carried out with the aim of comparing the models of other countries with the two-level management model of coping with urban traffic crises. Obviously, such a comparison can identify the deficiencies or privileges of this model for the country executives. Method: The method of this research in terms of research type is practical and in terms of the method of execution is qualitative with comparative Delphi technique. Documentation tool and a researcher-made questionnaire were used for collecting information which before its implementation, its validity was verified positively by its formal reliability and its reliability through the Cochran equation with a coefficient of 0/891. Multivariable regression has been used to measure the goodness of the research model. Findings and suggestions: The findings show that the two-level model of coping with urban traffic crises has several capabilities compared to other proposed models from several directions and in addition to preventing urban traffic crises is very influential in the readiness of managers associated with the traffic crisis to deal with the crisis |
