عنوان فارسی رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی پلیس راهور و رعایت قوانین راهنمایی و رانندگی از سوی رانندگان
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: تحقیق رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی پلیس راهور و رعایت قوانین راهنمایی و رانندگی از سوی رانندگان با هدف شناخت نقش سرمایه اجتماعی پلیس راهور در تشویق و هدایت رانندگان در رعایت قوانین راهنمایی و ایجاد نظم ترافیکی در کشور است. سرمایه اجتماعی به نظامی از مشارکت ، آگاهی ،اعتماد و شبکه ای از هنجارهای اجتماعی پلیس راهور اطلاق می شود که موجب هماهنگی و کارائی پلیس راهور در ارتقاء فرهنگ رانندگی و ایمنی ترافیک می گردد. روش : روش این تحقیق از نظر نوع کاربردی و روش اجرا توصیفی تحلیلی با تکنیک جمع آوری پیمایشی است. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که پایایی و روایی آن قبل از اجرا مورد تایید قرار گرفت و واحد آماری تحقیق فرد و جامعه آماری نیز رانندگان سواری پنج منطقه تهران است که بر طبق محاسبه کوکران تعداد 396 نفر نمونه با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند.پس از جمع آوری داده ها با بهره گیری از نرم افزار spss داده ها در دو مرحله توصیف و تحلیل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان می دهد که پی گیری خواسته های مردم ؛ جلب اعتماد اجتماعی و تشویق مردم موجب رعایت قوانین راهنمایی و افزایش سرمایه های اجتماعی پلیس راهور خواهد شد. زیرا مردم خواهان ارتباطات انسانی با پلیس راهور بوده و این موضوع را در رعایت قوانین راهنمایی و رانندگی بسیار موثر می دانند

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The field and object: the research of social capital of traffic police and observance of Guidance Laws & Driving by drivers is aimed to recognize the role of social capital traffic police in encouraging and guiding drivers to comply with traffic laws and creat traffic order in the country. Social capital refers to system of cooperation, understanding, trust and network of social norms traffic police that Under the causes coordination and efficiency of traffic police in the promotion of driving culture and traffic safety. Method: The method of this research in terms of type is practical and implementation method is descriptive-analytical with survey collect technique. Tools for data collection is researcher-made questionnaire that its reliability and validity were approved before implementation and the statistical unit of person and statistical population was passenger drivers of five areas of Tehran that according to Cochran calculation, 396 samples were selected by multistage cluster sampling. After collecting data using the SPSS software, The data in two stages of description and analysis were analyzed. Findings: The results show that follow up demands of people, Social trust and encourage people will cause observance of guidance Laws & Driving and increasing social capital traffic police. Because people want to human communication with the traffic police and they know very effective this issue in observing traffic rules. Suggestions: It is suggested that traffic police with confidence of drivers and proper teaching of human interaction and reducing violent behavior persuasion drivers to observe traffic rules and substituting persuasion policy rather than punishment and follow up demands of drivers cause increasing compliance with traffic rules by the drivers.
