عنوان فارسی میزان انطباق سطح خوانایی آیین‌نامۀ راهنمایی و رانندگی با سطح سواد عمومی مخاطبان
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: محتوای آیین‌نامۀ راهنمایی و رانندگی ازجمله عناصر مهم در فعالیت پلیس راهور و رانندگان است که باید ازنظر محتوایی دارای اعتبار باشد. یکی از جنبه‌های این اعتبار، تناسب سطح خوانایی می‌باشد. تأکید بر خوانابودن به معنی روش تخمین احتمال موفقیت خواننده در درک یک متن یا نوشته است. سنجش سطح خوانایی به کمک عوامل زبانی و فرمول‌های پیشنهادی متخصصان انجام می‌شود. مسئلۀ اساسی پژوهش حاضر، سنجش میزان دشواری متن آیین‌نامۀ راهنمایی و رانندگی متناظر با میزان رشد عمومی مخاطبان است. روش: روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع ارزشیابی سطح خوانایی محتوا به کمک مدل‌های رایج محاسباتی در سطح بین‌الملل (فلش، گانینگ ، فلش - کین‌کید و مک‌لافلین ) و با درنظرداشتن پیشنهاد‌ها و تعدیل‌های صاحب‌نظران برای زبان فارسی می‌باشد. نتایج: یافته‌ها نشان داد که فرمول‌های فلش و گانینگ، متن را مناسب سطح سنی 18 سال و سطح کلاسی سال اول دانشگاه تعیین نمودند. فلش - کین‌کید، سطح سنی را 26 سال و متناسب با سطح کلاسی نوزدهم تعیین نمود. فرمول مک لافلین، سطح سنی را مناسب 16 سال و متناسب با سطح کلاسی دهم سنجیده است. پیشنهادها: می‌توان گفت به‌جز فرمول فلش کین‌کید که هنوز برای زبان فارسی تعدیل‌سازی نداشته، سه فرمول فلش، گانینگ و مک‌لافلین سطح سنی آیین‌نامۀ راهنمایی و رانندگی را موردانتظار تخمین زده است؛ اما با توجه به اینکه تمامی مخاطبان لزوماً تحصیلات را تا پایان دیپلم ادامه نداده‌اند، سطح دشواری با کاهش سطح سواد در تقابل بوده و آیین‌نامه نیازمند بازنگری محدودی در برخی عوامل زبانی است.

The basic question of this study is to measure the difficulty of traffic regulations text corresponding to the general growth of the audience. Research method is descriptive of assessing the level of the readability of content with commonly used computational models at international level Flecsh, Gunning, Flecsh Kincaid and McLaughlin And according to the experts' suggestions and adjustments for the Persian language,. Results showed Flecsh formulations and Gunning text appropriate age level and grade level 18 first-year university determined. Flecsh Kincaid age of 26 years of the nineteenth determined by grade level. Formula McLaughlin appropriate age level for 16 years with the tenth grade level is measured. Can be said except Flecsh Kincaid, who is still in the Persian formula is not adjusted, Flecsh, Gunning and McLaughlin formulas age level have estimated the expected traffic regulations. But given all the audience completely by the end of high school education did not continue but The level of difficulty is in contrast with reduced levels of literacy. Regulations require limited review of some linguistic factors.
