امروزه تراکم ترافیک به‌عنوان یکی از بزرگترین مشکلات در مباحث حمل‌ونقلی شهرهای بزرگ به‌شمار می‌آید و بر این اساس راه‌کارهای مختلفی جهت بهبود جریان ترافیک با توجه به افزایش سرعت سفر و نیز کاهش تاخیر در سطح خیابا‌نهای شریانی تعریف می‌شود. در این مطالعه، ضمن بررسی عوامل ماکروسکوپیک جریان ترافیک در شبکه معابر شریانی، تاثیر حضور پلیس بر بهبود این عوامل به‌صورت عملکردی بررسی شده و با مقایسه حالت‌های مختلف کنترل شبکه معابر با حضور پلیس و نیز بدون آن، مقدار کمی این پارامترها اندازه‌گیری شده است و در نهایت آن دسته از عوامل تاثیرگذار در ایجاد تاخیرات تراکمی و اصطکاکی که حضور پلیس می تواند بیشترین نقش را در کاهش و یا حذف آنها داشته باشد شناسایی شده است. در این راستا ضمن مطالعه موردی در خیابان آزادی به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین معابر شریانی شهر تهران، تاثیر حضور پلیس بر تغییرات سرعت متوسط سفر از ابتدا تا انتهای مسیر (مبداء تا مقصد) و نیز تقاطع‌های موجود به‌صورت جداگانه محاسبه شده و سپس عوامل مؤثر بر جریان ترافیک به‌صورت کمی و کیفی در جهت روانسازی و میزان اثرگذاری هر یک از آنها بر بهبود جریان ترافیک، ارزش‌یابی شده و در نهایت کنترل عبور عابران‌پیاده و نیز زمان‌بندی چراغ و در نهایت محدودیت حرکت‌های چپ‌گرد به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین عوامل قابل کنترل توسط پلیس به‌عنوان راه‌کارهای مدیریتی روانسازی جریان ترافیک در معابر شریانی معرفی شده است. |
