تأثیر خرده فرهنگ قومی بر رعایت قوانین و مقررات راهنمایی و رانندگی (مورد مطالعه: شهرستان خرم‌آباد) |

عوامل متعددی در رعایت قوانین و مقررات راهنمایی و رانندگی نقش دارند. عوامل و زمینه‌های اجتماعی به‌ویژه خرده فرهنگ‌های قومی در این میان نقش اساسی را ایفا می‌کند. هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین خرده فرهنگ قومی و رعایت قوانین و مقررات راهنمایی و رانندگی در شهر خرم‌آباد است. تحقیق از نظر نوع، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، یک مطالعه پیمایشی محسوب می‌شود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه شهروندان خرم‌آبادی بالای 18 سال دارای گواهینامه رانندگی و صاحب خودرو یا موتورسیکلت می‌باشند، که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که بین متغیرهای ارزش‌های بومی (637/0=r)، باورهای قومی (439/0=r)، هنجارهای قومی (561/0=r) و میزان رعایت قوانین و مقررات راهنمایی و رانندگی، رابطه‌ای معنادار وجود دارد. تحلیل رگرسیونی (ضریب تعیین) نیز نشان داد که به‌ترتیب 41درصد، 24درصد و 32درصد از تغییرات متغیر پاسخ (وابسته) یعنی رعایت قوانین و مقررات راهنمایی و رانندگی توسط متغیرهای پیش‌گو (مستقل) ارزش‌ها، باورها و هنجارهای قومی قابل بیان است. |

The Relationship between Ethnic Subculture and Rules and Traffic Regulations (The Case Study Of Khorramabad City) |

It is obvious that driving rules and traffic regulations, order and security of society is threatened, causing discomfort and calm people. Several factors are involved in the traffic rules and regulations. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between ethnic subcultures and compliance with laws and traffic regulations in the city of Khorramabad. This study is a survey research for the control conditions and in terms of time is a cross-sectional study. Statistical population is all citizens over 18 years old with driver's license Khoramabadi and the owner of the vehicle or motorcycle are which is selected conveniently located and evaluated. Data collection is a questionnaire-based survey. The findings show that the relationship between indigenous values (r: 0.637), Ethnic beliefs (r: 0.493) and ethnic norms (r: 0.561) and observance of traffic rules and regulations there is a significant relationship. Regression analysis (coefficient of determination) also showed that respectively 41%, 24% and 32% the change in response variable (affiliated) the rules and traffic regulations by predictor variables (independent) values, beliefs and norms of ethnic expression. The results show that, by relying on the values, beliefs and norms of ethnic Positive that some of their components (of driving) in this study were enriched and acting on them while driving. The increased traffic rules and regulations. |
