بررسی عوامل محیطی بر توانمندسازی فرماندهان مرزی استان‌های شمال کشور |

زمینه و هدف: در توانمندسازی سعی بر آن است تا محیطی به وجود آید که تک تک افراد برای قبول مسئولیت در زمینه رشد و توسعه، توانایی، اعتماد به نفس، تعهد و آزادی عمل داشته باشند. لذا توانمند سازی فرماندهان مرزی استان‌های شمال کشور با رویکردهای محیطی، از جمله روش‌های مؤثر در افزایش بهره وری و استفاده بهینه از ظرفیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های فردی و سازمانی آنان در تحقق اهداف سازمان است. به همین منظور این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تأثیر شاخص‌های فردی و سازمانی بر توانمندی محیطی فرماندهان مرزی استان‌های شمال کشور انجام گرفته است. روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی_ پیمایشی است که با طراحی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با ضریب الفای کرونباخ 85/0وجامعه آماری 50 نفر از فرماندهان مرزی استان‌های شمال کشور به صورت تمام شمار انتخاب شده و از آزمون آماری میانگین یک جامعه (آزمون t) استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصله نشان می‌دهد که عوامل محیطی در توانمند سازی فرماندهان مرزی استان‌های شمال کشور مؤثر است و در این بین جلب مشارکت‌های مردمی و ایجاد روحیه تفکر و مطالعه در بین عوامل فردی و سازمانی توانمندسازی براساس یافته‌های تحقیق دارای بیشترین و کمترین نمره بوده اند. نتیجه‌گیری: راهکارهای توانمندسازی فرماندهان مرزی استان‌های شمال کشور در بحث عوامل محیطی عبارت اند از: افزایش مهارت‌های ارتباطی و رفتاری فرماندهان، ارائه آموزش‌های لازم به فرماندهان در مورد اهداف و افق حرکتی سازمان و ایجاد ارتباط مستمر و مداوم با سازمان‌های مختلف مرتبط با مرزنشینان برای عملی کردن اهداف توانمند سازی اشاره کرد. |

Study the Effect of Environmental Factors on Empowering the Border Commanders in Northern Provinces |

In empowerment of any organizations, it is tried to create the environment where each person has freedom of action and commitment to accept responsibility to growth, development, ability, and self confidence. Therefore, in realization of the organization’s goals, empowerment of border commanders of the Northern provinces with environmental approaches is one of the effective methods in increasing the efficiency and optimum use of their capacities and individual and organizational abilities. This study aimed to determine the effect of individual and organizational indices on border commanders’ environmental abilities in Northern provinces. In this descriptive-survey study, data collected through a researcher-made, reliable and valid questionnaire (Cronbach alpha correlational analysis was run to validate the instrument, revealing an index of .85) and then analyzed (T test). Findings reveal that environmental factors are effective in empowerment of the border commanders of Northern provinces. Moreover, among these factors, public participation and creating the thinking spirit has the highest and lowest score, respectively. It is concluded that the most important strategies in empowering the border commanders in Northern provinces are: increasing the communication and behavioral skills of the commanders, training the commanders in connection with the goals and visions of the organization, and creating the continuous and consistent communication with various organizations which are associated with borders. |
