To survive any management, its requirements must be existed and its obstacles must be eliminated. Identifying the obstacles that prevent the dynamic movement of Islamic management and command and work as a pest and tort, can help us to manage based on Islamic criteria and prevent the fall and degeneration caused by ignorance and lack of adherence to the holy religious orders. In this qualitative study, data gathered with search and research in management and Islamic original books, by using relevant keywords through checking the electronic resources in Ganjine Noor, Sire-Nabavi, Monhaj ul Noor – containing the complete set of Islamic sayings and traditions with the availability of the required topics. Then some contents related to torts and the ways to deal with it were extracted and analyzed from the perspective of Quran, Nahjolbalaghe, and traditions. Some items such as entrust the tasks to the poor and inappropriate people, flattery, tyranny, no respect to equality, discrimination with no reason, lack of adherence to the treaty and covenant, too firmness without leniency, the primacy of the relationship on the rules, incorrect use of tools of encouragement and punishment, and weak management in pathology of management from the perspective of Islam are considerable. It is concluded that the success and safety of managers in the Islamic government are subject to pay attention to some components such as, select the common managers, correct use of the encouragement and punishment tools, obedience to the superiors, participation of the others, adherence to the covenant and treaty, dealing with perjury and too firmness. Certainly, addressing and employing these components and training and justifying the managers improve the efficiency and effectiveness. Aforementioned components help the managers of the community to achieve the ideal goals. |
