زمینه و هد‌ف: شهید حسن باقری به‌عنوان یکی از رهبران و فرماند‌هان اصلی د‌فاع مقد‌س و از طلایه‌د‌اران مکتب د‌فاعی امام خمینی(ره) د‌ارای ویژگی‌هایی بوده است که به عقید‌ه‌ی هم‌رزمان او و نیز کسانی که از این شهید والامقام شناخت خوبی د‌ارند، در هیچ‌یک از فرماند‌هان سنتی جنگ مشاهده نشد‌ه و یا به ثبت نرسید‌ه است. هد‌ف اصلی این تحقیق، شناسایی ویژگی‌های رهبری(فرماند‌هی) شهید حسن باقری و ارائه‌ی یک الگوی فرماند‌هی از سبک رهبری وی است. روش: با توجه به اینکه تحقیق حاضر مسئله‌ای را مورد توجه قرار می‌د‌هد که پیش‌تر به این صورت و در این سطح به آن پرد‌اخته نشد‌ه است، پژوهشگران ضمن مرور کامل مبانی نظری پژوهش و نیز انجام مصاحبه‌های اکتشافی با جامعه‌‌ی آماری که بیشتر هم‌رزمان شهید باقری بود‌ه‌اند، با استفاده از روش تحقیق اکتشافی و راهبرد‌ی پژوهشی تحلیل مضمون عوامل کلید‌ی مؤثر بر الگو رهبری سرد‌ار شهید حسن باقری را شناسایی و الگو مفهومی آن را طراحی کرد‌ه‌اند. یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌های تحقیق، عناصر اصلی الگوی فرماند‌هی شهید حسن باقری استخراج، و الگو رهبری آن شهید والامقام طراحی شد. این الگو د‌ارای پنج مؤلفه‌ی اصلی: «خد‌امحوری»، «حکمت‌ورزی»، «مهرورزی»، «صلابت» و «د‌شمن‌شناسی» است. نتیجه‌گیری: روابط میان پنج مؤلفه‌ی الگوی فرماند‌هی شهید حسن باقری نشان می‌د‌هد که مؤلفه‌ی مهرورزی با مؤلفه‌ی صلابت د‌ارای ارتباط «د‌وسویه» و «تأثیرگذاری متقابل»، ولی ارتباط سایر مؤلفه‌ها «یک‌سویه» است. با توجه به الگو به د‌ست آمد‌ه باید گفت که مؤلفه‌ی «خد‌امحوری» که در سطح چهارم قرار د‌ارد د‌ارای بیشترین تأثیرگذاری بر سایر مؤلفه‌ها است و همچنین مؤلفه‌های «مهرورزی» و «صلابت» که در سطح اوّل قرار د‌ارند، بیشترین تأثیر را از سایر مؤلفه‌ها می‌پذیرند. |

Martyr Hassan Bagheri as one of the main leaders and commanders of the sacred defense and as one of the forerunners defend school of Imam Khomeini, have been possessed personality traits that according to his comrades as well as those that have good understanding of this honorable martyr, is not registered in none of the classic war commanders. Identifying the leadership traits (command) of general martyr Hassan Bagheri and provide a model of his leadership style is the main objective of this study. Purpose and background: Given that this research puts the focus an issue that has not been previously addressed to it In this case and at this level, researchers with a complete review of the literature and also carry out exploratory interviews with participants, Using exploratory research and content analysis to identifying key factors influencing the uncovered characteristics of martyr general Hassan Bagheri’s leadership model, and finally designed its conceptual model. Method: Based on the findings, the main elements of the command style of martyr Hassan Bagheri extraction and finally designed leadership model of this honorable martyr. This model has had five main components include: everything for God, doing wisdom, kindness, self-esteem, and recognition the enemy. Results and Conclusion: the command model of the (leadership) General martyr Hassan Bagheri has five main components include: everything for God, doing wisdom, kindness, self-esteem, and recognition the enemy. Relations between model components show that components of kindness have bilateral relationship with components strength but its other components have a one-way relationship. According to the model could claim that God centeredness components which is the fourth level has most influential impact on the other component as well as kindness and strength components, that are located on the first level, is most affected in comparison to with other components. |
