Purpose and background: One of the major concerns of commanders in critical situations is management of quality and quantity of food rations, water and fuel for missionary and administrative staff. Without proper support both quantitative and qualitative, expected successful missions, not anywhere expected and this is axiomatic in management and leadership. In this context the key question in Iran’s police is: what model should be followed for food rations, water and fuel for three stages of the crisis, including central, regional, classes in any locations and the units. Method: The research method is descriptive and survey field. The population is 87 people, including: command and staff of Logistics police, Special squad police, Prevention Police, and Deputy of police operations. Results and Conclusion: The results showed that storage must be held before the crisis in all of the four units including: central locations, areas, units, and classes. Also, the storage during the crisis, need to be made in all four sections of maintaining military and police places, tents and vehicles, government buildings, and fixed and mobile stations. The results show that compatibility with the mission, having style sheet, style sheet implement, standardization, Passive and storage consolidation package of measures before the crisis affecting all have the same priority. Priority in classes’ maintenance Compared to the locational, regional and central place maintenance. |
