عنوان فارسی تبیین ابعاد و مؤلفه‌های الگوی مدیریت جهادی مبتنی بر رویکرد نظریه داده‌بنیاد
چکیده فارسی مقاله زمینه و هدف: علوم مدیریتی را باید به‌لحاظ محتوا و ماهیت، علومی هنجاری دانست. نسبت الگوهای غربی مدیریت با ارزش‌های بومی کشورهای دیگر، از جمله موضوعاتی است که برای مدّت زیادی ذهن اندیشمندان و مصلحان اجتماعی را به خود مشغول کرده است. در این میان کاربست برخی تجربیات مدیریتی همزمان با شکل‌گیری انقلاب اسلامی و مشاهده دستاوردهای ملموس و چشم‌گیر این تجربیات، مؤید وجود الگوهای بومی مدیریت در کشور بوده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پاسخ به این پرسش که الگوی مدیریت جهادی دارای چه ابعاد و مؤلفه‌هایی است؟ انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش، به‌لحاظ هدف از نوع اکتشافی و مبتنی بر روش نظریه‌پردازی داده‌بنیاد (مدل اشتراوس و کوربین) صورت گرفت. در این پژوهش در مجموع 23 رویداد مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نمونه‌برداری نظری شامل 13 مصاحبه با صاحب‌نظران و مدیران اجرایی، 4 مورد سبک مدیریت فرماندهان دفاع مقدّس، 3 مورد سبک مدیریت فرماندهان جهادی حزب‌الله لبنان و افغانستان و 3 مورد بررسی تجربه جهاد سازندگی و کمیته انقلاب اسلامی تا مرز کفایت نظری صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش مبتنی بر داده‌های بدست آمده از خبرگان و برخی داده‌های مکتوب در قالب 856 نکته کلیدی، 77 «مفهوم» و 33 «مقوله» انتزاعی، دسته‌بندی شده و هرکدام از مقولات با استناد به اظهارات مصاحبه‌شوندگان تشریح شد. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از شکل‌گیری الگوی مفهومی مدیریت جهادی تحت عنوان نظریه مدیریت اسلامی و برخوردار از شش بعد «شرایط علّی» (3 مقوله نظیر عمل صالح مشارکتی)، «مقوله محوری» (7 مقوله نظیر ماهیت نهادی سازمان)، «راهبردهای کنش متقابل» (12 مقوله نظیر ایستادگی به پای رهبر)، «خروجی‌ها و پیامدها» (5 مقوله نظیر تعهّد و پاسخگویی نهادی)، «شرایط زمینه‌ای» (4 مقوله نظیر حاکمیت قطعی سنن الهی)، «شرایط مداخله‌گر» (2 مقوله نظیر اعتماد به نفس نهادی) و 6 قضیه نظری بوده است.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله Background and Objective: Management science should be considered as normative by content and nature. The ratio of Western patterns of management to the native values of other countries is one of the topics that have long dominated the minds of social thinkers and social reformers. Meanwhile, the application of some managerial experiences simultaneously with the formation of the Islamic Revolution and the observation of the tangible achievements of these experiences confirmed the existence of native patterns of management in the country. The present study aims to answer the question of what are the dimensions and components of Jihadist management model. Method: This research was conducted for exploratory purposes based on the grounded theory method (Strauss and Corbin model). In this study, 23 events were analyzed. The theoretical sampling consists of 13 interviews with experts and executives, 4 cases of command style of commanders of holy defense, 3 cases of leadership style of Hezbollah commanders in Lebanon and Afghanistan, and 3 examining the experience of Jihad for construction and the Islamic Revolutionary Committee. Results: The results of the research were based on the data obtained from the experts and some written data in the form of 856 key points, 77 concepts and 33 categories of abstract categories, and each of the categories was described with reference to the interviewees' statements. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that the concept of jihad management is based on Islamic management theory and has six dimensions of "causal conditions" (3 categories such as participatory practice), "core category" (7 categories such as institutional nature of organization), " Mutual action strategies" (12 categories such as standing up to the leader)," Outputs and Outcomes "(5 categories such as institutional commitment and accountability)," context conditions "(4 categories, such as the definitive rule of divine traditions)," interventionist conditions "(2 categories such as trust Institutional Behavior) and 6 theoretical theorems.
