اثربخشـی آموزش‌های رشته فرماندهی و مدیریت انتظامی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین (مورد مطالعه: دانش‌آموختگان دوره ۲۲ دانشکده فرماندهی و ستاد) |

زمینه و هدف: برای دستیابی به نیروی انسانی توانمند ارائه آموزش مناسب، مداوم و کاربردی، اساسی‌ترین ابزار تلقی شده و فقط یک نظام جامع می‌تواند پاسخگو باشد. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی اثربخشی‌آموزشی‌های دوره 22 رشته فرماندهی و مدیریت انتظامی در دانشکده فرماندهی و ستاد دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین است. روش: این پژوهش از لحاظ ماهیت و روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی از نوع پیمایشی و از نظر هدف کاربردی و براساس مدل ارزشیابی «کرک پاتریک» برای دانش‌آموختگان دوره 22 دانشکده فرماندهی و ستاد دانشگاه علوم انتظامی به تعداد 89 نفر دانش‌آموخته و همچنین روسا و فرماندهان مستقیم آنها شامل 85 نفر، انجام شد. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات پرسشنامه، در دو بخش عمده، پرسش‌های عمومی (جمعیت شناختی) و پرسش‌های تخصصی حاوی 56 پرسش با پاسخ‌های طیف 5 گزینه‌ای لیکرت، استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای فراگیران و فرماندهان به ترتیب برابر با 831/0 و 901/0 به‌دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های استنباطی نظیر آزمون تی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان‌دهنده معناداری اثربخشی از منظر فراگیران و فرماندهان در تمامی اهداف کلی و تخصصی آموزش و همچنین معناداری اثربخشی در یادگیری و رفتار دانش‌آموختگان دارد. نتایج: به‌طور میانگین، از نظر فرماندهان و فراگیران، دوره مورد نظر در تمامی اهداف کلی به‌جز «فعالیت‌های فرهنگی و فوق برنامه»، اثربخشی بالاتر از 80 درصد داشته است. همچنین میانگین نظر فرماندهان و فراگیران در اهداف تخصصی به‌جز «تحلیل پدیده‌های امنیتی و مدیریت آنها» اثربخشی بالاتر از 80 درصد بوده است. میانگین اثربخشی دروس ارائه شده بر میزان یادگیری فراگیران از نظر هر دو گروه در تمامی دروس دوره به‌جز «سمینار تحلیل پدیده‌های امنیتی»، بیش از 70 درصد بوده، که بیشترین اثربخشی در درس‌های «مدیریت منابع» و «رزمایش» با 90 درصد است. |

The Effectiveness of Education at Amin Police University (Case Study: Graduates of 22nd Course of Command and Staff Faculty) |

Background and Aim: To achieve human resources, the ability to provide appropriate, continuous and applied education is considered as the most basic tool and only a comprehensive system can be accountable. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the education of the faculty of staff and command and in Amin Police University. Method: This study in terms of the nature and method is a descriptive-analytical type of survey and in terms of purpose is an applied research and based on the evaluation model of "Kirk Patrick" was utilized to assess the effectiveness of education at Amin Police University, faculty of staff and command. In order to collect data and questionnaire information in two parts, general questions (demographic) and specialized questions containing 56 questions with 5 Likert range options were used. The reliability of the questionnaires was obtained from Cronbach's alpha coefficient for learners and commanders, which calculated as 0.831 and 0.901 respectively. To analyze the data, inferential methods such as t-test were used. Findings: The findings of the research show that the learners and commanders have a significant effect on the general and specialized goals of the education as well as the effectiveness of the learning and behavior of the graduates. Conclusion: On average, from the viewpoint of commanders and learners, the course in all general objectives, with the exception of "cultural and extracurricular activities", has had an effectiveness of over 80%. Also, the average of the views of commanders and learners for specialized purposes, except for the "analysis of security phenomena and their management", has been more than 80 percent effective. The average of the effectiveness of the offered courses on the learning outcomes for both groups in all courses, except for the "Security Phenomenon Analysis Seminar", was more than 70%, with the highest effectiveness in "Resource Management" and "Exercise" lessons with 90%; lowest effectiveness was observed in "Security Phenomenon Analysis Seminar" course which were 37 percent. |
