تأثیر ادراک مردم از پاسخگویی پلیس بر اعتماد آنان در شهرستان بروجرد |

زمینه و هدف: پاسخگویی سازمان‌های دولتی از جمله نیروی انتظامی یکی از راه‌های ایجاد اعتماد مردم به‌این سازمان‌ها و سازوکار مهم در تضمین کارایی و اثربخشی عملکرد آن‌ها محسوب می‌شود. هدف اصلی انجام این پژوهش، شناخت تأثیر ادراک مردم بروجرد از پاسخگویی پلیس بر اعتماد آنان به پلیس است. در این پژوهش، پاسخگویی پلیس دارای پنج بعد اخلاقی، قانونی، سازمانی، حرفه‌ای و سیاسی است. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی- تحلیلی است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش افراد بالای 20 سال شهرستان بروجرد بوده که تعداد 384 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و براساس روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین متغیرهای مدل مفهومی پژوهش، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همبستگی 82/0 بین متغیرها و ضریب تعیین 68/0 تأییدکننده آماری این رابطه است. نتایج: در این پژوهش مشخص شد که ادراک مردم بروجرد از پاسخگویی پلیس بر اعتماد آنان تأثیر مثبت دارد. همچنین، وضعیت پاسخگویی پلیس و اعتماد مردم در شهرستان بروجرد از حد متوسط بالاتر است. |

Background and Aim: Accountability of governmental organizations, including police forces, is one of the ways to build people's trust in these organizations and is an important mechanism in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations. The main purpose of this study is to understand the impact of people's perception of police accountability and their trust in the police in Boroujerd. In this research, police accountability has five dimensions: ethical, legal, organizational, professional, and political. Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and method, is descriptive-analytical. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The statistical population of the study consisted of people over 20 years old in Boroujerd city. 384 subjects were selected using Cochran formula and selected by random sampling method. Findings: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables of conceptual model of research. The correlation of 0.82 is shown between the variables and the coefficient of determination of 0.88 is the statistical confirmatory of this relationship. Conclusion: In this research, it was found that Boroujerd's people's perception of police accountability has a positive effect on their trust. Also, the police accountability and people's trust in Boroujerd are higher than average. |
