Future studiesinvolvingthe efforts collection which by using resources analysis,models andagents of changeorstability, engage to visualization of futurepotential and planning for them. Future studiesreflectshowreality of "tomorrow"is bornfromheartof changes(or not) of "Today".Inmost countries,theplanning horizonin the level of organizations andgovernmentsis usually short-term and a maximumof fiveyears.But considering thecurrent situation, and that the paceof change intoday's worldis very high,contemplation and attitude in fartherfuture,such asfuture twenty,fiftyor evena hundredyears, seems to benecessary.Notingthis factshouldbe acknowledged, "Thinking about the future," in the intelligence agencies is importantand undeniable. Successfulintelligence agenciesthroughscientific methodsandtechniques andto establishfuturepoliciesanddrawingfuturelargeimages, present their todayconduct. Thesekinds of organizations can design futureandgiveit cohesive,withowntargetedmeasures.Reactswithout thinkingabout the futureis possible,but theactionis not possiblebecause thesurgeryisneeded topredict. Thus,it is evidentthat theimagesof the future (goals, objectives, intentions, hopes, fearsand dreams) propellantsofcurrent efforts inintelligence agencies aresuccessfuland Future studies. Consideringthesecircumstances, inthis study,firstlywe will know the concept, advantagesandtargets of Future studies. Then pointingto Landscapecharacter oftheFutureStudies, Futuristsconditions, approaches andmethodologiesused infuture studiesand finally we will engage towardsdevelopingformulation oftheproposed model. |
