In recent years there has been a change in telecommunicating technology and it is possible To receive satellite signals and watch TV channels and receive message directly through equipment from abroad. Impression of such a receiving with different cultural content created a background for new study at present, allegedly notable part of change in patterns, views and youth behavior are assessed under the influence of such a kind of telecommunications. With respect to satellite which is able seriously impress all economic ,political and ideological aspects, we have come to know the fact that cultures do not change through internal factors only, but many external factors contribute to change a culture. The aim of this paper is to find the reason of leaning to watch TV channels in Razan as case study. The research has done in descriptive way .Impressive and different factors and reasons for watching satellite have been studied with the use of library study including dissertation ,books, magazines, papers and journals about pathology of satellite and interview with 25 judges from family court professors of sociology, law and experts, then a questionnaire was made including 17 questions and gave to 50 people among them there were judges of family courts , masters of university, experts of judiciary and police forces Razan who were selected according to their track record , research , works which they have printed .Questionnaire has been evaluated based on runback Alpha coefficient and it is %80. To analyze data kheido and freedman has been used. The result s indicate that most important reasons of leaning to watch satellite TV channels are :lack of programming for leisure time according to different age groups , individuals’ curiosity about new technology which have had most impression on people to watch satellite channels. At the end , there are some suggestion like, alerting and educating people about harmful impacts of watching satellite channels with concrete illustration, more balanced effort must be done by different organizations regarding young people leisure time which means programming for them , enriching IRIB programs, educating clergy man to become expert to educate new generation with spirituality training holy Koran concepts and methods. |
