| چکیده فارسی مقاله |
هدف این تحقیق، بررسی شیوه‌های اصلاح الگوی آموزش‌های حفاظتی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی در سال1393 می‌باشد. این تحقیق ازنظر روش، پیمایشی - اسنادی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کارشناسان آموزش حفاظتی و اساتید حفاظت‌اطلاعات ناجا بوده که براساس فرمول کوکران، نمونه‌ای به حجم 60 نفر انتخاب و سپس اطلاعات ازطریق پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته جمع‌آوری و داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (با آزمون خی‌دو) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که برای اصلاح الگوهای آموزش‌های حفاظتی، باید الگوهای موجود در زمینه نیازسنجی، برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا و ارزشیابی مورد بازبینی و ارتقای کیفیت قرار گیرند. آینده‌پژوهی در بررسی تهدیدها و آسیب‌پذیرهای ناجا و کارکنان، شناسایی تهدیدها و آسیب‌های خاص منطقه‌ای، ارتقای دانش تخصصی مدرسان و اساتید، لزوم طراحی مطلوب‌ترین شیوه آموزش‌های حفاظتی برای دانشگاه علوم انتظامی، و بررسی میزان نیل به هدف‌‌های نگرشی، دانشی و رفتاری از مهم‌ترین شیوه‌های پیشنهاد شده در این تحقیق می‌باشد. |

security training's model for students of police university in 2014.The method of this study from the method view point is (( survey and document )). Statistical community of this research includes security awareness experts and professors of NAJA information protection and chosen sample of 60 subjects through Cochran formula and then gathered data through questionnaires of researcher and were analyzed data through descriptive and inferential statistic ( chi-squared test). Research's finding show that ,in order to revision of security trainings model, it should be reviewed and promoted qualitatively in the fields of assessment ,planning ,implementation and evaluation. The most important methods that has proposed in this study are future study in investigation of vulnerabilities and threats of NAJA and its staff, to identify specific regional threats, promotion of specialized knowledge for lecturers and professors, the necessity of designing the best method of security trainings for police university and assess the achievement level to the scientific, perspicacious and behavioral objectives. |
