عنوان فارسی تجزیه و تحلیل پدیده‌های امنیتی در سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی و حفاظتی؛ با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل گفتمان
چکیده فارسی مقاله یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوع‌ها در سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی و حفاظتی، تحلیل علمی پدیده‌های امنیتی است. پیچیدگی مأموریت‌ها، شرح وظایف و حساسیت‌های شغلی در این قبیل سازمان‌ها، باعث می‌شود تا کارکنان و مدیران همواره از متدولوژی علمی و مناسب برای نیل به هدف‌های سازمانی بهره جسته و در تجزیه و تحلیل صحیح و دقیق پدیده‌های امنیتی، اهتمام کافی و وافی داشته باشند. بدیهی است که یافته‌های تحلیلگران سازمان، در اختیار مسئولان عالی قرار گرفته و در اغلب مواقع، مبنای تصمیم‌های مهم و اساسی است. با این توصیف، اگر انبوهی از اخبار و داده‌ها را در اختیار داشته باشیم، اما نتوانیم آن‌ها را کنار هم گذارده، داده‌های زاید را حذف و اخبار و داده‌های با ارزش را پردازش و به‌طور کلی تحلیل علمی نماییم، تمام تلاش سازمان‌ بی‌فایده خواهد بود. در سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی و حفاظتی موفق، همواره تحلیلگران حرفه‌ای، با ذوق، استعداد و توان تشخیص خود، مسائلی را درک می‌کنند که دیگران از درک آن عاجزند. یکی از بهترین تکنیک‌های موجود، استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل گفتمان می‌باشد. در تحلیل گفتمان مجموعه شرایط اجتماعی، زمینه وقوع متن یا نوشتار، گفتار، ارتباط‌های غیرکلامی و رابطه ساختار و واژه‌ها در گزاره‌ای کلی نگریسته می‌شود و واژه‌ها هر کدام به‌تنهایی مفهوم خاص خود را دارا هستند؛ اما در شرایط وقوع و در اذهان گوناگون، معانی متفاوتی دارند. در این پژوهش، روش تحقیق از لحاظ هدف «کاربردی» و از نظر روش «توصیفی تحلیلی» و با بهره‌گیری از منابع اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای بوده است. نتایج این پژوهش حاکی است که تحلیل گفتمان با استفاده از سه مرحله، به تحلیل دقیق و موشکافانه‌ای دست می‌یابد که می‌تواند به تحلیلگران سازمان‌های اطلاعاتی و حفاظتی، به‌صورت جامع یاری رساند. در مرحله نخست یعنی توصیف متن، تحلیلگر به آشکارسازی گزاره‌ها و مواضع ایدئولوژیک متن دست خواهد یافت و در مرحله دوم یعنی تفسیر، تعامل بین متن و بافت را درخواهد یافت و در مرحله سوم یعنی تبیین، به تأثیر دو سویه ساختارها بر گفتمان و گفتمان بر ساختارها آگاهی خواهد یافت. به‌طور کلی با طی کردن این سه مرحله، می‌توان از تکنیک تحلیل گفتمان استفاده بهینه داشت و در تحلیل پدیده‌های امنیتی از آن استفاده کرد.

چکیده انگلیسی مقاله One of the most important topics in the intelligence and security agencies is scientific analysis of security phenomena. Complication of assignment, job description and occupational sensitiveness, in such organizations cause that employees and managers, always benefit from appropriate and scientific methodology for achieving the organizational objectives and also it cause establishing sufficient effort in accurate analysis of security phenomena. Obviously , the finding of the organization’s analysts put at the disposal of higher authorities and it is basis of important and basic resolving in most cases. In this light , if we had lots of information and data, but we can not put them together, eliminate redundant data , and process valuable information and data , and analyze scientifically in general, consequentially all the organization’s efforts will be useless. In successful intelligence and security agencies, analysts always understand affairs (problems) with talent, aptitude and their own power of recognition what others fail to understand it. One of the best available techniques, using the technique of discourse analysis. In discourse analysis has been looked collection of social conditions, area of occurrence text or writing, speech, nonverbal communication and the relationship between structure and words, in general term(proposition) and any term have own individual concept, alone but have different meaning in situation occurrence and different minds. present study according to its goals and form the viewpoint of kind of research is applied and its method is descriptive analysis that researcher is trying to clarify it using documentary and library sources. The result of this study suggest that discourse analysis using three stages, reach accurate and superfine analysis, that it can help to analysts of intelligence and security agencies , completely. In the first stage, the description of text, analyst will reach to detect propositions(terms) and ideological positions of text and in the second stage, the interpretation, will reach to interaction between text and context and in the third stage, explanation, will find to mutual influence of structures on discourse , and discourse on structures. Generally with through these three steps, we can use from discourse analysis techniques optimistically, and use from it in analysis of security phenomena.
