knowledge is one of the most important and valuable assets of any organization and knowledge management is series of processes that seeks to change patterns of existing knowledge and improve processes that organizational knowledge affect them. Accordingly, organizations are seeking to identify effective factors affecting on knowledge managementdevelopment, so when necessary, exploit from existing data. Therefore, NAJA's intelligence and security organization, according to its essential mission is in need of creating a new environment wherebenefit by manpower and regular and constructive relations that have control over the internal components. The purpose of this study is to identify structural, behavioral and contextual factors, affecting on knowledgemanagementdevelopment. present study according to its goal and form the view point of kind of research is applied and its method is descriptive-survey and has carried out with the purpose of studying the effective factors on knowledgemanagementdevelopment insupport staff of NAJA's intelligence and security organization in 2013 .statistical community of this research includes managers, leaders and experts of staff's area. In this research, has calculated sample size via Cochran formula that has taken near 100 (one hundred) person from it and presentedquestionnaire with 102 questions for gathering data that confirmed its validity and constancy and with using software SPSS and LESREL with the purpose of clarifying situation of difference and priority of items raised in questionnaire, used from factor analysis tests of Regression, Toki and ranking Friedman test. According to results, there is meaningful relation between structural factors and contextual factors to development knowledge management in staff and has been more attention to structural and contextual factors than behavioral factors. According to this study, in order to development of knowledge in staff, it's necessary to strengthen organizational learning , empowerment, motivation system, human resources, organizational commitment and training, by the way, it҆ s necessary more attention to presented suggestions. |
