عنوان فارسی نقش شیوه‌های استفاده از فضای مجازی در آگاهسازی حفاظتی کارکنان ناجا (مورد مطالعه: فرماندهی انتظامی تهران بزرگ)
چکیده فارسی مقاله آگاهسازی حفاظتی کارکنان ناجا از عمده‌ترین مباحث مدنظر مسئولان ساحفاناجا می‌باشد. گستردگی حوزه‌های مختلف مأموریتی ناجا و طیف وسیع مراجعان به یگان‌های ناجا، باعث گردیده که کارکنان در معرض انواع تهدیدها و آسیب‌پذیری‌های امنیتی و غیر امنیتی قرار گیرند. ساحفاناجا به‌عنوان سیاستگذار آموزش‌های حفاظتی کارکنان درصدد می‌باشد تا با بهره‌‌گیری از شیوه‌های نوین ارتباطی در فضای مجازی، موضوع‌های آگاهسازی را برای کارکنان تبیین نماید. در این تحقیق سعی داریم ضمن معرفی این شیوه‌ها، بهترین بازدهی را از روش‌های مزبور با بالا‌ترین کیفیت و کمترین کار بیهوده، داشته باشیم. این تحقیق کاربردی و به روش توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. گرد‌آوری اطلاعات به روش اسنادی و توزیع پرسشنامه با یک سؤال باز، پنج گزینه‌ای لیکرت محقق گردیده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه فرماندهان و مدیران فاتب و مربیان آگاهسازی حفا فاتب و همچنین کارشناسان فاتب که در به‌کارگیری شیوه‌های استفاده از فضای مجازی در امور آموزشی تخصص داشته، می‌باشد که حجم نمونه به تعداد 168 نفر انتخاب و پس از توزیع پرسشنامه، تعداد 160 پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری و داده‌های حاصله براساس نرم‌افزار spss تجزیه و تحلیل و نتایج به‌صورت توصیفی و استنباطی با رسم جداول و نمودارها ارائه شده است. نتایج به‌دست آمده حاکی از آن است که چهار فرضیه این تحقیق مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است؛ یعنی بین استفاده از متن‌های الکترونیکی، پیام‌های صوتی، پیام‌های تصویری و سامانه‌های چند رسانه‌ای در فضای مجازی و آگاهسازی حفاظتی کارکنان فاتب رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. از طرفی بهترین روش برای آگاهسازی حفاظتی کارکنان فاتب، استفاده از سامانه‌های چند رسانه‌ای و پیام‌های تصویری در فضای مجازی است. پیشنهاد‌های این تحقیق در دو بخش اجرایی و پژوهشی ارائه شده که استفاده از پیام‌های تصویری و چند رسانه‌ای برای آگاهسازی و گسترش شبکه اینترانت ناجا، از جمله پیشنهادهای اجرایی است. همچنین انجام تحقیقات مشابه در سایر یگان‌های ناجا و انجام تحقیقات درباره میزان اثربخشی روش‌های سنتی و نوین آگاهسازی، از جمله پیشنهادهای پژوهشی این تحقیق به‌شمار می‌رود.

عنوان انگلیسی Studying Role of Methods in using Virtual Space in Protective Informing of the Personnel of Disciplinary Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran( case study : Police command of great Tehran ( FATEB))
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله The issue of protective information of the personnel IRI. Disciplinary Forces (Police) is one of the main issues that concerns authorities of Intelligence Service Organization of Police Department. The expansion of different mission areas of IRI. Disciplinary Forces and large number of clients who refer to the police departments exposes staff and personnel to different types of security and no-security threats and vulnerabilities. The Intelligence Office of Police, as the policy maker authorities in teaching protection education to the personnel tries to use modern communication methods in virtual space to provide its personnel with informative subjects. In this research, we try to introduce these methods and offer the best outputs of the mentioned procedures with highest quality and least idle work. The research is applied in type and is presented in descriptive- analytical methods, as carried out in surveying method. Data was collected via literature review and distributing Likert-style questionnaires with an open question and five closed questions as developed by the researcher. The statistical society of this research included all commanders and chiefs of FATEB, the informative instructors of intelligence office of FATEB and the experts of FATEB who had specialization in employing virtual spaces in teaching affairs. The size of the sample was 168 individuals. After distributing the questionnaires, 160 of them were collected and the data was analyzed via SPSS software. The results have been presented in descriptive and inferential method by drawing tables and diagrams. The results showed that four hypotheses of the research were approved; that is, there are significant correlation between using electronic texts, SMS, pictorial messages and multi-media portals in virtual space, and, protective information of FATEB personnel. On the other hand, the best method in protective information of personnel of FATEB was chosen to be multi-media portals and pictorial messages in virtual space. The suggestions of the research are presented in both executive and research areas. Using pictorial and multimedia messages for information and expansion of intra-net network of Police are the executive suggestions and performing similar researches in other units of Police and studies on the effectiveness degree of traditional and new methods of information are among the research suggestions of this research.
