| چکیده فارسی مقاله |
یکی از عوامل مؤثر در خنثی‌سازی تهدیدها و هجمه‌های اطلاعاتی و امنیتی دشمنان، شناخت دقیق هدف‌‌ها، برنامه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ها و حوزه‌های فعالیتی آن‌هاست. انسان تا دشمن و برنامه‌های او را نشناسد، هرگز قادر نخواهد بود برای مقابله با آن برنامه‌ریزی و اقدام نماید. نیروهای نظامی و انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و کارکنان ایثارگر آن، از هدف‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌های پایدار دشمنان بوده که لازم است با درایت انقلابی و نصب‌العین قرار دادن تدابیر داهیانه فرماندهی معظم کل قوا مورد صیانت قرار گیرند. در این پژوهش، محقق با تأکید و بهره‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌گیری از رهنمودها و هشدارهای بنیانگذار کبیر انقلاب اسلامی(ره) و رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی حضرت امام خامنه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ای(مدظله‌العالی) به‌دنبال تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر شناخت دشمن و نقش آن در اثربخشی مأموریتی و تعالی سازمان‌های حفاظتی است. بر این اساس، سؤال‌های این تحقیق عبارت‌اند از؛ دشمن‌شناسی چه نقشی در تعالی و اثربخشی مأموریتی سازمان‌های حفاظتی دارد؟ شیوه‌های نبرد با دشمن به چه صورت است؟ نقش کارکنان حفاظتی در مقابله و خنثی‌سازی تهدیدهای دشمنان کدام است؟ این تحقیق از منظر بهره‌برداری کاربردی، از‌نظر روش اجرا توصیفی و جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به روش کتابخانه‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ای انجام شده است. |

One of the effective factors in neutralizing threats and intelligence attacks of enemies is exact knowing of their purposes, programs and areas of activity. Until human has no knowledge about enemy and its programs, it is impossible programming and doing to competition against it. Armed forces (military forces and the police) of Islamic republic of Iran and its dedicated staff are permanent purposes of enemies that it is necessary, they protect by revolutionary tact and following of intelligently acumens of supreme leader all forces (supreme leader). In this study, the researcher with emphasis and utilizing from guidance and cautions of the great founder of Islamic Revolution (PBUH) and supreme leader , Imam Khamenei (under God's protection) want to explicate effective factors, affecting on knowing of enemy and its role on mission effectiveness and excellence of security organizations. Study's questions on this basis include: what is the role of knowing the enemy in excellence and mission effectiveness of security organization? What are the methods of battle against enemy?
