هدف این تحقیق، شناسایی راه‌های نهادینهسازی آموزه‌های حفاظتی در بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین است. مقاله حاضر ازنظر هدف کاربردی و با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی تدوین شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که برای شناخت شیوه‌های نهادینهسازی آموزه‌های حفاظتی برای دانشجویان، می‌بایست روش‌های موجود در زمینه نیازسنجی، برنامه‌ریزی، اجرا و ارزشیابی مورد بازبینی قرار گرفته و در جهت ارتقای کیفیت آن‌ها سعی و تلاش بیشتری صورت پذیرد. ضمن اینکه می‌توان با آینده‌پژوهی در بررسی تهدیدها و آسیب‌پذیری‌های کارکنان، مأموریت‌ها و مشاغل ناجا و همچنین ارتقای دانش تخصصی مدرّسان و استادان، مطلوب‌ترین شیوه نهادینهسازی آموزش‌های حفاظتی برای دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین گام‌های مؤثرتری در این زمینه برداشت. راهکارهای پیشنهادی برای نهادینهسازی آموزه‌های حفاظتی در بین دانشجویان را می‌توان مواردی ازقبیل: گزینش و انتخاب دانشجویان مقید به رعایت اخلاقیات و مقررات، الگو‌‌سازی حفاظتی مناسب با انتخاب شایسته فرماندهان و مسئولان، شایسته‌سالاری در بین دانشجویان و همچنین تدوین منشور حفاظتی برای ادامه خدمت دانشجویان در ناجا را می‌توان بر شمرد. |

The purpose of this research is to identify the institutionalization methods of protection trainings among the students of Amin Police University. In terms of its objectives, the present study is of an applied research type conducted in descriptive-analytic method. The findings of the study indicate that for identifying the institutionalization methods of protection trainings for students the existing methods of needs assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation should be reviewed and more efforts should be made to improve its quality. In addition, by future studies we can investigate the threats and vulnerabilities in personnel, police jobs and missions, as well as specialized knowledge of teachers and professors, and take more effective steps in obtaining the most favorable methods of protection trainings institutionalization for the students of Amin Police University. Some guidelines can be suggested for protection trainings institutionalization among the students, including: the selection of students bounded to ethics and regulations, appropriate protection modeling by selecting competent commanders and officials, meritocracy among students, and formulation of protection chart for students to continue serving in police. |
