One of the most important issues in the field of humanities is organizational management. Without understanding the various elements of management including: identifying the internal and external environment, it is not possible to identify the affecting factors. In the light of knowing the damages, in the light of organizational dynamics via utilizing the opportunities will be crystallized. In Islamic society, intelligence agencies utilize the value of religious doctrines and religious attitudes of society, so spiritual transcendence and religious perfectionism is the desired goal for the personnel. The study is an applied research and is conducted via a library research. In this study, the main question is: what criteria does the Islamic management have in intelligence organization? The results showed that in an Islamic society, directors of intelligence agencies have features such as: careful planning, using past experiences, good ideas, good and honorable motive, monitoring, accountability, sacrifice, flexibility, and hard work, purposeful procedures and administrative systems, organizational measures, proper division of labor, meritocracy in recruitment and personnel selection, virtue, self control, adherence to the Supreme Leader, fairness, humility, perseverance in the face of problems , openness, discernment and analysis, insight, appointment of managers, subordinates love and friendship, faith and the proper use of reward and punishment. |
